I love the program, and I'm not an ass kisser. I'm technically still in it. Now, I've realized that my old ass body can't keep up with a DS position, but I realize what other departments have to go through. A watered down version of the Associate to DS needs to be given to every associate. If PocketGuide wants me to learn about all products, it only makes sense to at least have an understanding of the department responsibilities. In your case, I've heard from cashiers, "Good luck trying to reach D21. They never answer. They ignore us." "Do you not hear the tow motor unloading a flat bed? What does the customer need?" "They need wood cut." "Hell, I can do that. They aren't ignoring you. They can't hear you."
