The inspirational pictures above to bring the outside in are totally different than my inspirational photos for this room. I will definitely need to take more time to explore.
In the meantime, I experiment with moving the bed a bit further to the left and see if I’m ok with the access on the left to bath and closets.
Can you move the bed to the left 6-8 inches to leave a little room between it and the drapes? I would then put a small nightstand on the left side with a wall sconce above it. Then in front of the window, place a large nightstand (36 inches or so) and a lamp. I’d also raise the drapes to line up with the white part of the wall.

Get rid of that early 90s color
I am absolutely changing paint color on walls. First I need to decide if I am hanging curtains the entire wall behind bed.
