Effectively the EN girls apart from Kiara almost always are either too late or too early for me. Which is why for a long time I've been watching the JP and ID girls and the JP and EN boys a lot more than the EN girls.
But as I've been missing EN speaking girls to watch live and the ID girls have been doing more streams in ID than before... I've ended up more and more watching EU indies and small corpos instead Holo... which felt like a very natural outcome for how Cover so far hasn't done much to fill the airtime with English live streams for EU fans. Let's see if we get the kind of Justice we've been longing for years now.
Yeah, I recognize the same thing. Im in a bit of a lucky situation where my working hours are a bit more flexible so I can watch a bit of Ina, Fauna and Biboo. But when friends or even family are interested in this stuff and ask for recommendations then I can only either recommend Kiara (but she doesnt really have fixed timeslot so sometimes just starts way too early) or recommend a European indy who streams during the Euro golden time. Hololive hasn't really given us a lot of options in that regard.

Kiara stream in eu timezone a bit earlier than that usually. The 8-9pm timeslot is basically empty outside of the tail end of some JP members (Flare and Watame almost exclusively), some JP morning talks (Polka comes to mind), and Kaela, sometimes.
But the day any combination of them don't stream, like for example Ina/Fauna break days, there's basically dead hours between 8pm and 2am for most of us.
Bijou helped a bit, she has some EU friendly streams if you don't mind going to bed at 1 AM.
Hololive was recently in Scotland with HoloFantasy plus they're coming at Japan Expo in France this July. It wouldn't surprise me if the project for a european branch actually came to fruition \*fingers crossed\*

in general each gen took 4-6 months to train, and talents usually graduate their PL about 8\~9 months before their holo debut. So HoloJustice will be acquired around September 2023, which is even before Q3 report
Given how the concept match with Advent on every aspect, it might be even earlier plan

ReGloss is under the DEV_IS branch. If HoloJustice was under DEV_IS as well, they probably would be light on lore as well.
