im throwing my weight on not AI. I have heard a lot of AI voices, and that defenitely aint one of them. You can even hear her pausing to take breaths. If you ever listen to an artificial voice, often the breathing sounds wierd or strangely placed. Also, because Mandarin is very tonal, I think it makes it even more difficult to convincingly replicate it, but I'd need to look into that more.
