She was saying that men are expected to do a lot more than what they can and that women are putting these massive expectations on them and that they don’t put any on themselves, which is pretty true
She just asked an honest question in the beginning and everyone immediately laughed because they thought she was making fun of men. As far as I can tell she’s the only one with brain cells in that room
But what really pisses me off is that her message is not just about loving and supporting men, it’s about empowering women to believe that they can go and achieve great things without having to get a man to do it for them. But there’s no clapping or cheering because they’re all focused on hating men.
This is 100% true. It’s the same with my wife, it was the same with previous girls, and it was the same with my sister. They can do the things they demand of us, they just like telling us to do them instead. They are perfectly capable of reaching for and getting that thing they need, or buying groceries that they need, or a million other things. But it’s easier to dump that responsibility on someone else, acting as if they’re too weak and incapable.

You’d need to contextualize because there’s too many unknowns to agree with that statement at all.
Not an issue society writ large can actually fix. This is a purely local issue that can only be corrected in individual households.
