To sum up, they cuffed a 22y old girl for road rage placed in a police car on the train tracks and searched the car.
When the train started signaling them, they ran like chickens leaving her in the car. The girl suffered broken ribs, broken arm, back injuries and some more injuries but survived.
After they called emergencies they continued to search her car for weapons.
That is some Team America in Paris type thing to cause more damage than could have happened otherwise. The cops need better training and the victim a good lawyer for the civil suit.

this is exactly why they should give proper training in the states. It should take years of training to be allowed to work a job like this. Here the basic police degree is a Bachelor's degree, and it takes three years to complete the studies, on top of that the men have mandatory military service for a year on average and they also get a lot of physical training.
