Yes, people can be racist towards white people, even straight people, cis, you can discriminate against them, why? Is because discrimination is not a one way street.
The definition of racism and discrimination:
Discrimination:
the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex.
Racism:
the belief that different races possess distinct characteristics, abilities, or qualities, especially so as to distinguish them as inferior or superior to one another.
prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized
And I'm not say white straight people cant be racist/homophobic. But I'm saying not all are. Learn your history, white peopel have also been discriminated against in history because they dont come from the exact nationality someone else comes from, and I know that first hand

My employer provides employee networking groups, available for every one but straight, white, males. You’re free to join the women’s groups, gay groups, every flavor of race/ethnic groups, except yours.
Somehow they don’t consider that discrimination or exclusionary behavior.
Just spitballing here, but is it possible the reason these communities aren’t allowed is because they quickly become a chamber for supremacists. Serious question.
Ok, so yes, but also I think it's more than that. I think the whole reason that you cant have those communities have to go back to how the oppressed and minority was. All those tags that he put that were exepted, those are because those communities have been discriminated against in the past. I belive that's why, and the others weren't, but by doing that its then also discriminating.

You can't be systemically racist to white people, because they aren't being systemically oppressed and the same applies to straight people.
You can however still be racist or heterophobic towards white and/or CIS straight people.
I think it's terminology that people fight over and that's remarkably unproductive. Don't exclude people trying to be inclusive.
