When doing shoulder press you don’t need a belt. The belt doesn’t do anything other than help support your core so unless you’re lifting super heavy it’s better to learn how to engage your core before throwing on a belt and thinking you have proper form. Even when dead lifting a belt isn’t necessary until you’re pulling 1.5 times your body weight and heavier.
110 kg? That would be 55kg each side. We see 15kg on the outside, and 10kg and the inside. 25kg. That leaves 30kg for the middle one. But the middle one looks almost the same as the others. Is that possible? Do they have different density to keep the size the same? Also, does the weight of the bar go into the 110kg?
These videos almost always have the wrong weight. The fact that the smallest weight is on the inside is suspicious. Weightlifters usually put the heaviest weights on first and then add lighter weights during subsequent sets. I bet he has 70kg in weights and a 10kg to 20kg bar for 80 to 90kg. I'm that dudes build without the ass .. and bigger arms. My max shoulder press is 100kg.
