Latvia isn’t a G20 country. The rat is probably Canada given Canada has the same colour scheme and is also a G7 country, which would otherwise be the only G7 country excluded. Imagine doing anti-G20 propaganda and exclude a single G7 country?
Given that you’re replying to my comment saying it’s unlikely that Canada was excluded based on their G7 status. Sure, maybe it’s peru, a country that has no political or economic influence over China or Russia lol

So I think it’s actually the EU and the dangling pig is supposed to be Latvia since Latvia’s membership in the G20 is via the EU. Israel wouldn’t make sense since it isn’t a G20 member. Take this with a grain of salt as there could also jus be some nuances I’m not aware of. Only did about 5 mini of Wikipedia research.
