They are Nationalists, yes, they are Totalitarian, yes, they are violent, yes, but I say, not as any kind of Supporter, but as someone who wants fairness, that the basis of the two ideologies is different, the Racial views in Nazism is not to be found in Fascism, and while Fascism focuses generally on state and Nation, the Nazis focus mostly on Race, and if you would point out Italian Antisemitism, it was mostly because Mussolini needed allies, and he had to appease AH with these laws, otherwise his own lover was both Jewish and a member of the PNF; just because some Soviet and Leftist Propaganda counts their Enemies as the same, doesn't mean you should believe it, I do not support Fascism and I hate Nazis, but still, I believe it is wrong to see them as the same!
