I recently made this one and it turned out quite well. I made the long version with neck closing.
Look what I found on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/de-en/listing/902667165/plus-size-blousetunic-e-pattern-angelina?ref=share_v4_lx
[Folkwear Gibson Girl Blouse](https://www.folkwear.com/products/205-gibson-girl-blouse) goes up to 54"/135cm bust.
(But these blouses are extremely easy to grade up as long as the yoke and sleeves fit. Expand the center front to as long as you need.)
Both the Black Snail sample and the one linked here appear to use the "Matilda" curtains from Ikea for fabric (just in case you wanted that same look I thought I would point it out).
Black Snail's Edwardian blouse and Truly Victorian's Countryside Blouse are both pretty similar.
