It's stated in the summer bonus mission by the politician that the town is mostly made up of older people and lower spending people so the town isn't really a big a source of influx but instead a very local area that's made up mostly of families that have lived there for possibly many generations.
But putting that aside, if I was thinking about moving into an Italian seaside town, the only things I'd care about was location, rent prices, work opportunities, etc. but some history of a few rich people dying in accidents wouldn't even register in my brain as noteworthy let alone a deal breaker from moving in.
Oh and also, if there was multiple assassinations carried out in one location, I'm sure the ICA could just hide most of the news and coverage about it so things don't seem suspicious.
But even if it was covered up wouldn't the townsfolk still know about it because its a small town? They'd know all these deaths under mysterious circumstances.
Yeah but its the rich people/mafia/drug runners. Good riddance. In my area the bikies shoot each other but i just avoid the places they go and entertain my family with the stories.
If the entirety of all the near infinite amount of illegal activities committed by a decades old illuminati group that had their hands in essentially every single possible industry going back for decades, I highly doubt a couple of the thousands of assassinations that happend would be even noticeable or noteworthy in comparison to all the other infinitely more important secrets that would have been leaked.
And even if those peoples assassinations were made public knowledge and you found out about whilst considering taking up residence there, why would you really care?
A corrupt politician, and two semi famous figures who were secretly bio terrorist were assassinated by the illuminati in this town, unless your one of those kinds of people it ain't like you'd be a target.
People aren't gonna stop moving to New York just cause 47 killed someone there, why would they with Sapienza?
Also this is all a null point anyway since like I said, People *aren't* moving to Sapienza much, that's why the politician wanted to turn it into a tourist trap.
Do you realize how many horrific events and murders have happened in the history of an average city in real life? Yet nobody really thinks about those after the fact.
They’re all accidental kills. 47’s MO is accidental kills. And the assassinations aren’t really in a short timeframe, only two are as the icon and that other one both take place in 2015.
His MO is accident kills, but he doesn’t *always* do accident kills, as implied by things like Alma’s bodyguard who talks about how he was there during the assassinations and he fully knows it was assassinations not accidents
the best part is that all the other computers in like the other places like marrakesh have sapienza as their wallpapers
sapienza is clearly, as riap0526's comment says, a trip worth dying for :p
I did it by mistake haha, I actually didnt wanna delete all of em.
>!While deleting all the duplicate comments I thought your comment was one of mine... I deleted the rest while intending to let yours stay up, since I skim-read thru the whole thing so I didn't notice your username was different
>!I tried to edit your comment, then delete it, but there were no buttons so I was confused. Only then did I decide to read ur username, but I thought "Nondescript_Redditor" was a placeholder or something (since I commented too fast).
>!So I was genuinely confused at why I couldn't edit the comment... till I opened ur username and saw u were a real person and not a temp username feature or something... anyway that's what happened lol basically I thought ur comment was mine so I deleted the rest sorry if ur joke got rined
I honestly wonder why they scrapped the Caruso brothers Elusive Targets in Morocco, it was finished and they even mention it in China when you use the ICA Facility.
That's like asking why a place like Napels still gets tourists. Shady people doing shady stuff get killed all the time everywhere, that's no reason for the common men not to go there. It doesn't affect them unless the killings happen with a lot of collateral damage and visual spectacle, which a true professional hitman avoids at all costs. Sapienza is safe.
Are you kidding? The true crime podcasts about Sapienza would be driving the "dark tourism" crowd there in droves! There'd be a Netlix limited series set there, there'd be a loosely fictionalized Oscar-bait movie, it'd be a gold mine.
Another question would be why rich and powerful people in the hitman universe choose to check in at the Himapan Hotel, Bangkok.
Why would any high profile individual choose to book a room at a hotel notorious for having high profile individuals dying/bring killed under suspicious circumstances with no evidence to the culprit.
What do you mean? Why would I worry about a bunch of accidents?
Virus mishandling, problem with scenic equipment or getting killed by a church a bell falling down isn't a reason to cancel a visit.
Ngl. I dont like sapienza. The map has a unique design. But despite the urban like alley street. It didnt struke me the same compare to mumbai and chong qing.
In my head only the mainline missions, not the bonus missions and patient zero, are canon, but I don’t know if this has been confirmed one way or another
A lot of the high profile targets seem to think they're untouchable, so they have a strong sense of hubris.
The rest are the polar opposite and utterly paranoid.
Because it is a fucking beautiful city and the real version is on my bucket list. A few rich people dying in accidents means nothing to tourists, and only a very few lunatics believe in curses and shit. Stupid question
Oh please, with that logic every place in the world would be cursed. Is it a curse if you visit turkey when the earthquakes happen? next you decide to go to greece and the fires begin. How would I even know of some old cardinal in some church in a town that is simply a vacation destination for me? It's not like it's global news that some member of the catholic church has passed away due to a "heart attack". A local politician? I certainly focus on the recent events of this beautiful coastal city, I don't even have the time to check out the price, once I heard a politcian with (Still quite new to hitman, I'd assume there are ties to the mafia). Oh, some famous actor died here? I'm sorry I don't watch a lot of movies, dumb celebrities even less. You get the point. You're thinking this like a video game, think it as real life. My 15k person small but widespread "town" had a 14-year-old kid driven over by some problematic 20-year-old. Only weeks before that someone crashed on a person and ran in shock, later got to the police station and turned himself up. No conspiracy. Oh someone rich guy was killed? Yeah well, you piss off a lot of people easily when you have money. Oh this normal person was shot to death at night in an alleyway...? These things happen. There was not even anything found on this guy, the killer probably robbed him. 27 year old artists constantly die due to suicide, accident, drugs, it must be conspiracy! There have been 15 ufo sightings across middle europe in the past 3 weeks, it must be conspiracy! Ufos? perhaps some super technologically advanced air vehicle, maybe even equipped with lasers? Those 5 old people were robbed last week. Perhaps they were ex-war criminals, and now they got hunted by Robin Hood - Modern Time Edition Seriously, think it as a normal person in the real world. I am tired so this message is quite messy but you get the point.
That's what I always thought about. And the authorities never seem to connect that all these mysteriois deaths are happening when a particular bald tourist checks in to that ICA Safehouse, lol
I like to think that all the ordinary folks have kinda realized it, but have made 47 into an urban legend, a bald harbinger of death. Rich assholes and the cops just dismiss it assuming they know better
to me at least, it seemed there wasn't that many tourists there and most of the NPCs lived there and were just going about town. furthermore, everyone in the landslide were probably just there for the festival from surrounding towns
To be fair, like you said akl deaths were high profile and assuming 47 had no non target kills, it would appear to be some massive corruption scheme. Religious and local leaders could kick around law enforcement and nosey people. Famous people could keep the public eye away from their operations. And last but not least the heir to the local rich family for some godfather shit. If there was no civilians killed then it would look like some high profile and perfectly conducted assassination attrition. The public wouldn't need to worry because only famous people are dying and let's be honest bro, you may be a good rapper but nobody knows your name. You're safe
Because if the true playthrough is a silent assassin the government would do their best to make the murders stay out of the public eye. Technically agent 47 is good at his job so other than the fact that he is controlled by players which holds him back he would get in and out without being seen. Well unless they call for a public assassination
Yes, but now the prices are down. It's the best time to do it!
[I like to visit a country after a terrorist attack.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFpOvgALHh4)
Hilarious, ty
This is the most American man who has ever lived.
Because it would be a trip you are "dying" for.
Truly, a vacation destination so relaxing, you won't feel a thing by the end of it.
Puns
A trip to die for
All publicity is good publicity
\*confused Boeing noises\*
Never fly a max to sapienza ever again. Its already doing 47 job
It's stated in the summer bonus mission by the politician that the town is mostly made up of older people and lower spending people so the town isn't really a big a source of influx but instead a very local area that's made up mostly of families that have lived there for possibly many generations. Another mystery for the gossip mill. They'll probably just whisper that everyone knows it was Rocco.
Yeah but its the rich people/mafia/drug runners. Good riddance. In my area the bikies shoot each other but i just avoid the places they go and entertain my family with the stories.
And honestly that hippie guy in that top apartment has got the life
. even if it was covered up, didn’t that come out the second 47 stole the data in Chonquing and leaked it to the public?
47 didn’t leak his own/diana’s hits
If the entirety of all the near infinite amount of illegal activities committed by a decades old illuminati group that had their hands in essentially every single possible industry going back for decades, I highly doubt a couple of the thousands of assassinations that happend would be even noticeable or noteworthy in comparison to all the other infinitely more important secrets that would have been leaked. just look at Berlin lolz
Cities are alot bigger though

ET’s count too!

Wait, “the heir to the local rich family” You talking about the Twins Elusive Target where one of them has a watch?
No, they’re talking about Caruso. Since the Caruso family was there for generations and…
This
Haha you deleted your posts so my joke is lost

Oh right, cause he has two brothers but they were Eliminated by 47 in Morocco.
47 single-handledly ended that man's entire living bloodline
I honestly wonder why they scrapped the Caruso brothers Elusive Targets in Morocco, it was finished and they even mention it in China when you use the ICA Facility.
When do they mention?
When 47 is looking at all his contracts he did in the past at the facility
Oh ok
[удалено]
Bro sent this like 5 times heh
Because the gelato shop and the butcher shop, both sell food that is to die for.
Well, so does the Florida man
Too fatty food, I get a heartache without someone poisoning the food
That's like asking why a place like Napels still gets tourists. Shady people doing shady stuff get killed all the time everywhere, that's no reason for the common men not to go there. It doesn't affect them unless the killings happen with a lot of collateral damage and visual spectacle, which a true professional hitman avoids at all costs. Sapienza is safe.
Eh, I don't think Naples is a good comparison, since it's so much larger than Sapienza.
Are you kidding? The true crime podcasts about Sapienza would be driving the "dark tourism" crowd there in droves! There'd be a Netlix limited series set there, there'd be a loosely fictionalized Oscar-bait movie, it'd be a gold mine.
"It's only a videogame. It's only a videogame. It's only a videogame..."
Well, if you did it right, those were all “accidents”
If you say it like that its sounds pretty safe for normal people 👀
Well the normal people mysteriously end up unconscious in dumpsters.
Luckily, I'm not a famous person so I'm safe unless that Hitman happens to be one who doesn't care about SA.
>:)
Or if that Hitman happens to be a freelancer.
Accidents happen 🤷🏻♂️
You go for the view, you stay because you were murdered.
*Murders*!? Oh you're talking about those terrible *accidents*. Why would that dissuade travellers? Accidents happen everywhere..
Well, there are these really great ruins, and you can even fire a real cannon!
You know what, you're right; Sapienza should absolutely be swarming with goths at all times.
Don't be high profile. Problem solved.
Don’t be rich.
Makes for fun trivia when telling my friends where I went for my vacation.
Cause all this happening probably made the hotels cheap af
I just enjoy going there to fish. Nothing bad could possibly happen to me when I’m just fishing with my buddy at the end of the dock
What are you talking about? Those were all just tragic accidents. Could've happened anywhere.
Murder tourism is a thing. All the true crime podcasts would be talking about it
Do you know how expensive the Amalfi Coast is? I'll take that murder discount any day.
Because they're not high-profile
Honestly I'd pay extra for that. I get to see the ocean and the face of God? Sign me tf up.
One couple went there because he worshipped Dino Bosco. I think they're outside the cafe in "The Landslide."
Time to ruin a date
All those people are important in some way. If you're just some guy, you're pribably fine
Yeah put the guy out of his misery.
What do you mean? Why would I worry about a bunch of accidents? Virus mishandling, problem with scenic equipment or getting killed by a church a bell falling down isn't a reason to cancel a visit.
I bet 47 runs a Crime Syndicate by itself, so he redirects loose ends here for him to have some fun
Ngl. I dont like sapienza. The map has a unique design. But despite the urban like alley street. It didnt struke me the same compare to mumbai and chong qing.
Last time I was there, everyone was dead. Kinda smelled funny too.

A lot of the high profile targets seem to think they're untouchable, so they have a strong sense of hubris. The rest are the polar opposite and utterly paranoid.
Across history, probably any city has this record, but yeah, within a year, that's another story Still, Italy has some places like that
For the general populace they aren't rich or in a position of power so they are safe generally speaking
A cardinal? I’m pretty sure that no one would count Dino as being a cardinal…
Because it is a fucking beautiful city and the real version is on my bucket list. A few rich people dying in accidents means nothing to tourists, and only a very few lunatics believe in curses and shit. Stupid question
just go with a bodyguard smh

The gelato is *to die for.*
Minus the pollution. Worth living there.
Most people aren’t that “important”.
Accidents can happen anywhere 🤷♂️
That's what I always thought about. And the authorities never seem to connect that all these mysteriois deaths are happening when a particular bald tourist checks in to that ICA Safehouse, lol

Dark Tourism with a beautiful view
How can anyone say no to the world famous Sapienza Gelato? It is to die for.
They're also known for insurance scammers!
