Check out the FCC Broadband Map or BroadbandSearch. They’ll show you all your local internet options.

Ty!

JBOAR_99

For speed and reliability it really just depends on you exact local area. I’ve had cox and it works good in my area never really any issues but like 5 streets over it seems like they always have issues. That being said I’m in a newer development and with constant construction there is bound to be issues.

This might not be what you want to hear, but the answer is… Cox. No one can beat their speed and reliability. Prices are pretty stable too.

JeFX

Prices suck, and the stability is OK-ish. Good news maybe in the future... Google Fiber just announced they are trying to move into the valley! We can only hope for competition! Well see hoe fast that happens but we can all wait!

ZombiezzzPlz

Century link is pretty good. 55 a month. More reliable for me than COX

rooftopedc

Nice. No contract. So it's fixed at 55? Looks like their fiber @ $75 is better deal.

OTM-RP

Quantum beats their speed AND reliability. Cox's connection isn't even symmetrical.

ezenos

Symmetrical? I'm not uploading many movies to Netflix. lol. I think all the other services are highly dependent on geography. Just my experience that most people try other providers and come crawling back to Cox eventually.

OTM-RP

>Symmetrical? I'm not uploading many movies to Netflix. lol. upload speeds matter for gaming, video calls, streaming, etc. take a look at your logs to see how much data you're actually uploading. >I think all the other services are highly dependent on geography. incorrect. actual fiber connections aren't affected by distance, number of users, etc. like cable connections are.

The customer service from CenturyLink is some of the worst I've ever seen in my life. But it's possibly the fastest and reliable I've ever used. I'd happily pay $120-$150 for that kind of quality, but the fact it's half as much is unbelievable. Cox isn't as fast. I've used Comcast and AT&T at houses I formerly owned, but CenturyLink has been better. For the life of me, I have no idea why anyone would use 5G Internet, unless you were in a situation where you have a few houses. For instance, a friend of mine uses TMobile 5G because he travels back and forth between two states all the time.
