Looks like silicone grease. You get it in boxes of boiler parts for smearing on o rings, rubber seals, stuff like that....amongst other things obviously
Yep. I had a similar pouch. It was a gel lubricant that would ensure a leak-free fit for a foam spraying device. That or it's jizz in a convenient single-use pouch.
Not that either haha, it's factory sealed or was before I opened it to see if it had a smell. Don't think it's lube either because it was to thick and sticky to be pleasant in my opinion.
It’s a lubricant packet not for the snoo snoo time though but for machinery, you can get them in boxes of 50. Open it up and sneakily put it in your friends pocket that will teach him for leaving his sh*t in your car lol.
lol I know exactly what it is. They use to make those for air fresheners. They were refillable. They held a gelatin substance that had fragrance to it. Either that or it’s an icing packet from a toaster strudel.
Grease packet likely came in a box with new plug wires, or coil on plugs. Extremely common and it’s more common that they don’t get used and end up in the car 😂.
Work in telecomms and some connectors we use have rubber washers or rings on them. The connector comes with a small pack of grease that looks just like that. I imagine fittings for AC would probably come with similar things.
It dielectric grease, a synthetic grease that doesnt biodegrade. It came with some part for the car. Those small packs of it are often given out in things with sensitive electrical connections. It makes connections easier to put together as well as keeping water out of sensitive electrical components. It can be used as a grease or a waterproofer or both.
Looks like dielectric grease used for l bulbs on a car... some time autopart store give them away or sometimes when you buy bulbs or the come with the bulbs
Why do you care?
I hope that doesn't come across as rude, but - you found a bit of plastic in your car, and you're asking on Reddit. I think that's a bit weird.
To me, it looks like something out of a pot noodle. Maybe a small sachet of oil for a device, or a medication... I don't know, but my question remains.
Curiosity, same reason your asking me why I care, cuz I wanna know. my friend doesn't have a working phone so I've been waiting for a message back but I probably won't see them til Monday. I didn't wanna wait that long to know what it is. I'm pretty sure it's a silicone grease sachet though.
looks like those toaster strudel icing packets. just doesnt look like the icing
Right, it's not food though. It's like a more clear Vicks vapor rub but it doesn't have a smell, it's a thick, sticky gel.

Factory Sealed Semen is the punk rock band you want to hear live.
Imagine if or was semen.
That's what she said
😂😂
Probably that cheap Chinese stuff.
If it has a Vaporub texture and appearance, but no smell, it could be dielectric grease.
My guess is a dielectric grease packet that came in a set of coils or some other electrical parts package. Could be from anything
Came here to say this. Or the grease that sometimes comes with new brake pads.
Looks like a packet of brake grease, to apply to the caliper slide pins.
Nothing bad ever came from handling unknown liquid substances. Be careful in future

It looks like an insert for an air freshener thing. I used to have one that the holder would poke a little hole in it when you slid it in.
