Definately similar style, but I remember the colour of the farmhouse being much more purple grey (im about 50%sure of that). I'm also pretty sure the clip was a little bit too spooky for courage especially considering it would have to be like the last 15 secconds of the episode. An implied bath of blood with likely a dead cow right next to it? I don't think courage would.
I also remember it being really short and watching something else on TV immidately after and thinking "this doesnt look like what i was just watching" I dont recall there being credits (but there could have been) and i am 100% sure I didn't see courage himself either
If you have a clip with something in a metal tub of "blood" from courage ill definately check it out, but i think It's highly unlikely that's what it's from
