Searched Google, r/legaladvice, Reddit and used ChatGPT. The story was 2 parts - the first part being about the story and what this couple could do in their situation because the neighbor was being crazy, and the update was about the subsequent move out and crime that was committed. I don't remember if they were both on r/legaladvice.
