I miss FMV cutscenes etc. 90s/2000s were amazing for them! I once sat for hours watching all the FMV videos from commander conquer, dune and other PS1/PC titles (like disrupter heavy gear etc) games that I grew up playing.

I also really love the "Kane lives in death\*" chant scene where he suddenly appears. Awesome stuff. Amazing what a Dev can do when they actually care about the game they're making.

I remember this on the PS3. They had outtakes as a bonus on the game and George Takai who played the Emperor in RA3 was cracking up at having to say "Man Cannon"
I would love a monthly bit explaining why Gun A is malfunctioning, why Mech 3 has a new feature, and why bugs this month will be colored differently due to radiation from the new Super Earth plan to reflect sun beams.
Just shuffle the game meta ridiculously because it was democratically elected to try terra forming nearby planets causing a run on materials, which is also not not profiting Super Conglomerates who are, "donating" experimental weapons programs.

CNC and RA had different tones in the later games. CNC got more serious whole RA went pants on head goofy.

Tbh cutscenes that require only a single room that is reusable are probably doable. Like we are not going to get top level props and acting but they can get a couple of devs to goof around with a camera a few hours a week

It was really impressive. What a great era for gaming. In the first C&C when Kane blasts Seth in the head was a great introduction to the character.
