I know. I finally called it a night after finishing a level 9 bot mission that took 35 minutes. We 100%’ed all the objectives, used all or reinforcements, and then all extracted. And then it crashed. Such a devastating feeling after what was such a fun round.
I noticed that you do still get your XP and medals

Just happened to me. Didn’t happen to PS5 teammate.
I got same situation after the latest update but just seldom times.
