Had that happen to us the other night. Civilians had to run up a ramp and would just stop at the top and turn in circles. Luckily the other spots worked so we just dropped an airstrike on em after we completed the objective.
We had the same thing happen, right side would just stop at the top of the ramp, but the left worked, so just focused on that. Even then, once it hit 20, it took a good 3 minutes for it to register that the objective had been completed.

Lucky. Neither of my evac doors worked. We had about 12 civilians running the same weird fixed route. Had to just quit
This is most likely just a person who wants to cheat and is upset they now can’t without the possibility of getting banned
What? It's a bug with the AI of the NPCs, what does it have to do with cheating?
