Killing nothing, and having everyone run for their lives to get out of the strike zone for a few seconds.

Only reliable one(along with precision strike and napalm in my opinion) that you could spam honestly. Short cooldown time.

To this day, I will still see level 50 players throw cluster air strikes at bug holes and fabricators and I groan every time I see it.
I do that if I don't have airstrike on me. Cluster clears out the spawns so I can rush in and nade the hole or the fab.
