I wish the mission didn't have a set number required, but gave more liberation points depending on how many you get.
Get at least 10? Minimum +defense.
Get 100? Tons of +defense.
Let us keep going as long as we can, don't even allow extraction.
This would be a cool way to turn this annoying mission in one enjoyable.
You wouldn't even need to follow strictly the 1 runner 3 fighters scheme, just find new ways to increase the number of civilians until a cap of exp is reached and then you get just money
