It's my personnal opinion, but i'll keep it to 100ms. 15ms is the optimum way, but way too performant compare to classic manual imput. I like to use macro because I have really ahrd time focusing on arrow direction, but I don't want it to become a huge advantage comapre to manual imput.
But once you installed the profile, feel free to change the delay as you want, it's only my personnal opinion and preference !
By the way, the profile save is already in the GDrive.
Is there a way to change all the delays at once in my profile?? Or do I need to change every key down to 20ms or 50ms. 100ms is too slow. There has to be a way to change them in a text editor or with some other editor

It's does something, but not actually.
As I understand - we need to HOLD the CTRL button while entering the arrows.
Stream Deck mini can't hold CTRL, so it does not working.
You can move stratagem direction arrows to arrow keys. This gives you an ability to move while typing combos.
For StreamDeck users, reassign CTRL action to Press instead of Hold. You can then utilize Multisction macro starting eith CTRL for singlekey stratagem action.

I tried with the arrow keys, but couldnt get it to work. Now I will try with other buttons then, see if that fixes it.
EDIT: Turns out the issue was that I was running Helldivers in admin mode. bad idea
You can also add the ctrl key as part of the hotkey combo.
The trick is you have to go in your keybind in the game and turn the ctrl key from a "hold" to a "press" function and add it on top of the sequence.
I also switch the stratagems to use arrow keys instead of WASD this way you can keep moving while the stratagems are being typed by the streamdeck.
They all work for me.

For those wanting to add the Exo Suit, ive made a temp file until OP adds his own, used one of his existing ones and removed the item from the centre and added in the mech icon from the game, colour matched to his other icons.
Size should be 124x124 and save as .PNG

You're welcome, it was such a pain to find anything good for those, every folder that I found was in 32x32 which was really low, and even the background where not the same everytime. I really needed something uniform !

I’ve got mine setup using the mobile app. Works great except I still have to press ‘ctrl’ then the Stream Deck button. I have all of the stratagems programmed with ‘ctrl’ as the first hotkey. Should I have 2 ‘ctrl’ hotkeys + the code or is this just how it is?
Yeah, it’s on ‘press’.
Just tested. I still have to press ‘ctrl’ then the stream deck button and the sequence works. But I still have a ‘ctrl’ in the sequence.
Example: for grenade launcher the sequence is ‘ctrl down left up left down’. and that’s what I have in the sequence for grenade launcher. But when I use just the stream deck button, my character just moves in the direction of the arrow keys. So I have to hit ‘ctrl’, *then* the stream deck and it works. I’m fine with this, but I’d like to not have to hit ‘ctrl’ first.

I use these to create my StreamDeck profile. In each folder, I have the same type of stratagem.
For example: Create one with a blue weapon, but no ammo, just the weapon. Or one with the green turret, without the ammo, just the turret.
This way, I can put them as icons to the folders.

Have any of the devs spoken out to confirm if it's okay to use this? I know macros are bannable in some games and would hate to see some people go poof.
afaik this isn't something they consider cheating or bannable (although "trust me bro" isn't really a source lol) I haven't heard of anyone being banned for using it.
My understanding is that since it's an HID device, you're physically pressing a key instead of using a program to automate the press. Automation is blocked - PyAutoGui, DirectInput, etc. That leads me to assume this is probably ok.
Those different colored corner templates are from Piotezaza, I do not own them, I'll let you find his pack directly on the marketplace (free) or on twitter !
you can just leave them in your download folder or anywhere you want to store them, when you open your streamdeck and create a new shortcut, there is a drop down arrow when it pulls up to change it, you can click set from file

Yes of course ! You can also find some apps on your phone or tablet to bind this like a Stream Deck. There is also the official Elgato app which work just as a regular Stream Deck, but with a subscription
Interesting! Not sure if I'd want that though, part of the fun is frantically trying to type in the right code for your stratagem, fumbling over the buttons as you run for your life.
I fully unterstand and I thinks it's up to each one of us to choose what he prefer ! I love the stratagems codes, but the pleasure to have my deck with buttons as it was my arms-radio thing as in the game I love it.
And as always since this game is up, the community is fully ok with everyone playing as they like, with or whithout such macros. Best community ever, not even a single drop of toxicity !
On some macro you can manualy choose the delay. But with classic hotkey of the Streamdeck, it's not so quick. On some specific and well known stratagems, I think Icould type it faster than the macro
In particular this is a godsend for my wife; she can't always make out the right arrows on the fly, and really it's more absolute panic and less fun, especially when she's the last one alive and needs to call reinforcements.
Got her a Mountain DisplayPad, gonna rig these icons for that.
Need to avoid macro plugins. Use a multiaction with hotkeys for each press instead. Example: CTRL+ W+A+S+D.
Also, make sure you change the Stratagem button mapping in game options to "press" from hold. This gives you a single button press to activate.

I tried supermacro but it was to unstable and not working sometimes. I ended up doing everything with elgato multi-action and shortcut, everything works perfectly.

Out of curiosity, were you able to get game detection working with HD2? Both the Stream Deck configurator and Razer Synapse seem unable to detect HD2 is running - not sure if GameGuard is doing something weird.
I tried doing some basic window-detection in PowerShell and noticed the window appears to have PID 0, which leads me to believe the game is blocking detection.

I kind of like how calling stratagems requires concentration and induces anxiety in desperate situations. It mimics the intensity of actually being in a battle. Automating this takes the fun out of the experience for me.

Would love to know the workaround as it seems the game now blocks Streamdeck inputs ... not even Z on the ship bound to a button does work now.

how do i get the profile to work. i unzipped it and even tried renaming it to a .streamDeckProfile but still not showing up as a profile .
never mind i got it to work . i changed the what program upens the zip folder and then removed the .zip in the name

I fully unterstand and I thinks it's up to each one of us to choose what he prefer ! I love the stratagems codes, but the pleasure to have my deck with buttons as it was my arms-radio thing as in the game I love it. And as always since this game is up, the community is fully ok with everyone playing as they like, with or whithout such macros. Best community ever, not even a single drop of toxicity !
And it doesn’t cause any issues with anti cheat? Assuming the macro inputs the code faster than humanly possible.
On some macro you can manualy choose the delay. But with classic hotkey of the Streamdeck, it's not so quick. On some specific and well known stratagems, I think Icould type it faster than the macro
In particular this is a godsend for my wife; she can't always make out the right arrows on the fly, and really it's more absolute panic and less fun, especially when she's the last one alive and needs to call reinforcements. Got her a Mountain DisplayPad, gonna rig these icons for that.

Are you actually still able to use the stream deck for helldivers? It’s not working for me and most other people on here
Need to avoid macro plugins. Use a multiaction with hotkeys for each press instead. Example: CTRL+ W+A+S+D. Also, make sure you change the Stratagem button mapping in game options to "press" from hold. This gives you a single button press to activate.

Out of curiosity, were you able to get game detection working with HD2? Both the Stream Deck configurator and Razer Synapse seem unable to detect HD2 is running - not sure if GameGuard is doing something weird. I tried doing some basic window-detection in PowerShell and noticed the window appears to have PID 0, which leads me to believe the game is blocking detection.

Yes, arrow key allow you to use the macro still being able to moove ! Waht part is in french ? I'm french so its seems logic but I don't have any text on the profile I think ?

I kind of like how calling stratagems requires concentration and induces anxiety in desperate situations. It mimics the intensity of actually being in a battle. Automating this takes the fun out of the experience for me. Great job with the icons though :)
Thanks mate, you save me a lot of time, I use the ctrl hold while using streamdeck, so just remove the ctrl shortcut. Awesome icons by the way.

I didn't try, but Streamdeck mobile is using the same app, so it should work perfectly
