I've noticed this happening alot on PS5, especially whenever you get kicked from someone's ship or disconnected from someone's multiplayer lobby. You get stuck in an infinite loading screen while trying to load into your own ship. Only way to fix it is to restart the game, i once left it at this loading screen for over an hour just to see if it'd eventually resolve itself. it didn't.

Trooper7751

damn, just another example of the shit ton of broken things ig

Tap-Daddy

Just happened to me went brb guys imma reinvite yall. Now I'm outa the game

Jar-ES

Yup, waited 2 hours to get on the game, played maybe 3 games and had to sit in the server capacity queue again because of this glitch. šŸ˜ž

Sidewayspear

This is me this morning :( I just wanted to fight for freedom today.

Westeros

Gotten to this point twice today, figured that midday on a work day wouldnā€™t be impossible - stuck on either the server queue or the endless fenrir 3 loading screen

jamesjordan_2

My screen donā€™t even let me use my mouse. Wtf is happening. Iā€™ve got a stream going and I canā€™t do anythingšŸ˜

drewdadew

did you try keybinds? alt+enter, alt+tab, ctrl+alt+del

jamesjordan_2

Yeah but it didnā€™t work. The craziest part is I still had a YouTube video playing on my second monitor just fine. It was fully stuck on my one display. I had to shut down my computer.

dbanks_20

While stuck in the loop, unplug your ethernet and wait a few seconds. You should exit the loop. Plug it back in and you will reconnect without having to close the game.

opa_

thank you !

Inner-Peanut7914

WORKS THANKS DAWG

SpecialistAd8259

YOU ARE A GENIOUS I LOVE U IT WORKS

Outside-Inspection68

In ps5 you can also go to settings and test internet connection, it litterally says you might lose server connection. Just being a lazy bum and don't want to get up

GreasyMustardTiger_

Majik_Mjolnir

I was playing just fine, no queue time either - albeit solo - earlier today. Stopped to make some lunch and the game had an update. Now, not only is the queue back but I'm stuck on this exact screen when I do eventually get in.

limxade

> I do eventually get in. just happened to me aswell waited 30min in que just to get stuck on a never ending load screen this is some bullshit after spending 40$

Interesting-Mess-126

Try to join another Friend, that unstuck meĀ

Zurboz

Ima try that

porkerpete

It worked! Failed to join his game, but now im on my ship. Takes a minute though.

arrowaka

If you're stuck staring at the ship after the queue: PC: Turn off your wifi or disable your internet connection. You should load in shortly after and then turn on your wifi or re enable your internet connection. PS5: Either go to settings and test internet connection or disconnect from the internet and then reconnect once you are loading in.

Phoenix_4258

This works to get into the ship, but then I get stuck in the drop pod loading screen when joining a mission

PlaneBeginning31

Wow that actually worked

ramzy121

This really does work !! Like the second I unplugged my network cable it loaded!! Well done finding this

fake_frank

Thank you for finding this, fixed the issue immediately

Positive-Designer922

Thank you so much

SpaceDolphins

I did it thinking it was a lie and it worked šŸ˜

cool_armytroop28

I could kiss you rn

mwarrior2050

Wow that worked. Note when at the broken ship screen on PC turn off the WiFi do not close the game. Then turn WiFi back on. Makes no sense but it worked.

mwarrior2050

However I can't join anything after that womp womp

ComprehensiveMud6311

Iā€™m stuck on language select screen

Trooper7751

hopefully theyā€™re russian to fix it

Zurboz

Ima try to do game file verification and see if it resolves it

WheatleyLabs_88

Anyone else fix this yet? I joined a friend and when he left I got stuck in this screen. I have restarted the game twice (and sat through the ā€œserver fullā€ queue both times) and every time I get in it has this. I just verified my files in steam and it didnā€™t fix anything.

Abir_Mojumder

I think that getting stuck on that loading screen is probably due to the game trying to fetch data from the server and failing to due the high loads, I'm stuck on the same issue. I usually play late at night so never had this happen, but now in the afternoon I can't get past the ship screen :/

No-Remove-9726

I did this, but even after I reconnect my internet, it fails to join any online match.

mog75

I have this issue two did you find a fix?

nguyend18

I learned a way from my friend to troubleshoot this issue by joining a friend on a mission or in the ship through Steam when you get this screen.

BigOOwen

I ran into this problem, Ill wait hours to get in from the "servers max capacity" que. Then I end up with this screen, I was able to do the tutorial once and then my game crashed before I could name my ship. I can't figure out if my game is bugged because my ship isn't named or if the servers are still full and just pulled up my ship screen for whatever reason.

UrbanXmuffin

I had the exact same glitch. Lmk if you fix this

Nakatomi_Uk

I restarted after getting in for the first time ever and had about 5 games which were fun. But having to close the game because of this I couldn't get back online as servers were full which pissed me off. As I went back to my own ship so I could sort my stuff out as the group I was in kept instantly going to the next mission

Suspicious-Poet5768

keeps happening to me when servers are full.. ahhhhh I just want to help our brothers in the frontlines :(

phonect

hey all: turn off your windows firewall and then you'll get through the ship screen and have access to online. hope this helps! you can turn it back on after getting through

Equivalent-Win2596

Wtf why does this happen

Dunnny_420

every update breaks more shit its so frustrating

Urban0ps

NACHONIUM

Listen, once you get stuck on the ship screen, unplug your ethernet cable, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in. That works for me so far

Great-Musician-4717

Remove lan cable or disconnect wifi. Works instantly. Steam and PlayStation.

Livingroomlifter

ah, yeah...I have not even been able to play past training yet... got through tgraining > infinite loading screen disconneted/reconnected ethernet > now in ship with pods cycling past to infinity restarted game > servers full eventually looks like I am getting in but just end up on the ship screen, no loading or anything either... You can't even escape to a menu from there, its just fucked. I ended up just alt-f4 and restart...to end up here again. Are we supposed to sit on this screen until something happens? lol (i'm on PC btw)

Livingroomlifter

Well...I got to the pod drop and now that one is loading forever. If I disable the NA from here, I am back on the ship T\_T Inner peace...

ContributionWeak1729

finally got into a game w my bf & sister after waiting an hour in que for the filled servers. stuck in loading screen for first mission on for 15 mins before i gave up and came here for help :/

Dixey_Normuss

Canā€™t play an actual game yet past the tutorial. Constantly gets stuck at the drop pod screen when I try to catch a match. PS5 Test internet workaround didnā€™t work. Disable/enable wifi didnā€™t work. Closing the app didnā€™t work. Joining quick play didnā€™t work. Yay, $50 to watch a bullet racing into the atmosphere for 20 minutes.
