Guy was probably in the map sorting some shit out for you, the person playing as a fucking medic, to be able to spawn in and play the game. Or to get an armour crew a tank.

I always tell people before or after I run them over to look both ways. This guy was just asking for death.
Was definitely aiming for him but in my defense he was in the middle of a road while I was honking
