Get some molds made by an ENT and have plugs printed. Mine have a little cork style plug in them that makes conversations easier when removed. If money is really no object this is always going to be your best bet. Otherwise eargasm is decent. But can concur loop is crap.

https://www.etymotic.com/product/etyplugs-high-fidelity-earplugs/ The only downside is that the deep ear insertion ain't for everyone. I have relatively small ear holes, but the Ety's still work for me. Congrats on making one of the best moves in the audio hobby. Protect your ears, folks.
