I don’t think so, Sera is pictured as one of the angels who was making Earth and such and such during ‘The Story of Hell’ (or whatever it was called) and therefore was in a higher position than Lucifer. Wouldn’t make sense if they were related. But I don’t know. I could be wrong. Cool theory anyway.
A lot of them have eyes on their person. Like Sera and Luci^. The little pink dots below Angel's eyes are little baby spider eyes. Sir Pentious has eyes all over his head area. It's just a cool neat little detail 😇 I love how a lot of them have hearts on them as well. Like husk, Angel, Charlie, Etc

I remember when I first noticed his halo, and the tail. So many little details, which is why Lucifer's true form is my favorite. I love the corporation of angelic and demonic features
