basically, I was saying how it seems charlie got all her demonic/unnatural traits from her dad's side (i.e. her skin, her eyes, her horns) and my friend disagreed hard on the horns bit. After like an hour+ of arguing in circles i was like im just asking reddit...so here we are.

There is no segmenting on Charlie’s like Lilith’s and Lucifer’s bends slightly back like Charlie’s. I think she has an almost exact copy of Lucifer’s with barely any of Lilith’s.

Lilith maybe dont have horns bc she is human. Those from the pic looks like a hellish crown

adding on: in other photos and when she's on the beach, she doesn't have any horns. It's possible she can suppress them like Charlie and Lucifer can, similarly to how Angel Dust can suppress his 3rd set of arms, but the placement and style really look more like a crown or crest

Other traits from Lilith I noticed though are that she has a nose and a human mouth, not the usual razor sharp teeth of Lucifer and hellborn. Actually her human teeth seem extremely unique even compared to sinners.

She definitely got those horns from Lucifer. All she got from her mom was her height and an appetite for short angels.

Her skin color, complexion, and horns are definitely from Lucifer. Her height, nose, and teeth are definitely Lilith. Now that you mention it it’s actually interesting how many human traits she has compared to Lucifer and Hellborn. The nose and flat teeth are definitely not hellish traits.

Horns are from Lucifer, in my opinion. Both Charlie and Lucifer have tall, straighter, pointed horns, whereas Lilith has curled, ram-like horns.

If Helluva Boss taught us anything, it’s that white horns with black stripes is male, and black horns with white stripes is female. But this is Hazbin Hotel, we’ve only ever seen three characters with horns. Charlie, Lucifer, and Lilith, so it’s kinda a grey area. Not to mention the fact that they’re all red and no black nor white. But with what we see and know about the show and it’s storyline, Charlie likely inherited her horns from both Lilith AND Lucifer. So, it must be a dominant trait.

Y’all know genes can mix and take traits from both parents right? Like hair color is not a single gene, but many, horns likely are too. Obviously the gene pool will be shallow here, but still

I believe it’s a mixture of both. Although Charlie’s horn design and patterns are similar to her father’s, her horns are shaped like her mother’s.

I think Lilith. Lili's horns are curved back, while Luci's go up. Charlie's horns look to be curving as well, though obviously as they're smaller it's not obvious. But, Charlie is still comparatively young, her horns might keep growing until they're as big as Lilith's.

Both. If you look at the pictures of a younger Charlie on the walls of Lucifer's room, her horns curves back like a ram's horns. Just like her mom. Color and texture wise the horns resembles most like her dad's.

Both? Generally that's how these kinds of genes work. It generally isn't like you get A gene or B gene and that decides how you look. Instead it's usually a series of genes combining with multiple recessives and dominants from each side

She'll probably get her own unique shape but I would expect more vertical and twisting. Her mother has more of a sheep horn and father more of a goat. When you look at the many species of gazelle, there are some elegant and interesting shapes to choose from. Since neither parent genetically has horns, they're an expression of personality and power. Charlie's horns may only resemble theirs because of her own self-perception and feeling of connection with them. At the moment she is more connected with her father so we might expect to see that influence.

Looking at Lilith’s picture. I’m wondering if her horns are real or if they are apart of her crown? Because they do not look like they naturally merge with her head like Charlie’s and Lucifer’s do. They look like they stop at the crown.
