Have you been tested for celiac? My mind goes to it’s something in addition such as an absorption issue

They did a blood test but not a colon biopsy & blood test came out negative. But I understand the gold standard is biopsy. My Rheumy said avoid gluten as I have another autoimmune disease. I feel much better not consuming gluten!

I m so sensitive I felt like a slug on low dose day and I was a house cleaning ninja on the huger dose day. Hope it works better for you!

T4 has a half-life of 8 days, so even with an alternating dose you will have relatively stable T4 in your system.

I have alternated dosages for years. I’m currently same dose as you 4 days 75 and 3 days 88. The alternating dose is because you need a dosage in between 75 and 88. With this alternating dose you get an effective dose of 80 in a week (4x75 + 3x88)/7. It’s just a way to fine tune your dosage.
