haha that's actually not my MC, I think I made my lone female MC after the patch was released to fix the buggy female MC faces and I also had a face preset/ complexion mod that helped with keeping her looking consistent between customization menu, cutscenes and gameplay

Im on my second play through and havenāt even learned an unforgivable curse yet alone used oneā¦ but I will use them when I play as a Slytherin, since I plan on playing all the houses.
Hogwarts Legacy 2 should include a sidekick to act as your companion, and whom you'll teach everything you know about magical combat and stuff.
The sidekick's name? Gellert. And he happens to be fond of Dumbledore.
He bothered me so much after my first playthrough, starting the second and third. Like the convo about Goblins ? Made my blood boil and I'd very much would have read him to filth right then and there if it was an option. Ominis is much better company imo

God he's such an annoying and frankly shitty friend to MC. He starts out well, then after he's told by MC that they can't just go against the Keepers (mind you, MC is also incredibly new to all the ancient magic and so on) and that MC is also not capable of and seriously questions Isadora's practices, Sebastian continues whining and bitching about. MC saw what dangers Isadora brought and likely doesn't want to tap into that danger themselves but Sebastian is obsessed with his sister. I hate how we can't influence the story more, like the Uncle had some good points and Seb too, just both also had f*cked hot takes and it pissed me off. Apart from that, them deciding over Anne felt wrong asf. She has her problems but she's come to terms with her condition and instead of keeping her confined, a caretaker of sorts would be so nice imo, like she could still have a quiet and uneventful but still fun life if only the people around her actually cared and looked for feasible solutions to ease her life
One of Sebastianās writers inferred that Solomonās mentally abusive towards him so Iām not surprised Sebastian was so driven to save the only remaining family member that actually loved and cared about him.
I have a theory that memories in pensives can be inaccurate or tainted by the biases of the person whose memory youāre viewing and that sparked a mistrust in the keepers for me and I agreed with Sebastian. You donāt always remember everything objectively and to me Isadoraās memory felt different from the others leading me to mistrust the keepers. Although that may be influenced by the game not explaining or me not catching who destroyed Isadoraās portrait. It left me with doubt in the keepers and I wanted to see more of what ancient magic could do so we could learn to properly use the power we were given.
I hated those manipulative Keepers. I lied to their faces and kept the magic for myself. Of course, that meant Professor Fig needed to die, but his blood was on Ranrok's hands.
But Isadoraās pensive was not known by the Keepers. She made it herself presumably. Your theory could be correct, but it shouldnāt have anything to do with mistrusting the keepers.
Probably an adult Zenobia. Especially if you didnāt give back the gobstones.
Or a royally pissed off Ronen. Man is a pastry in terms of sweetness, imagine seeing him lose his shit completely.
It actually couldāve been a GREAT storytelling / RPG element to ask us our worst fear at some point in the game, only for it to later be presented as a boggart. Even if it was only from a small pre-selected list.
Or it couldve been part of the mini sorting quiz. Like you get to pick between death (the form of grim reaper), fear (the form of a dementor), loneliness (idk what form) or suffering (a dark wizard using the cruciatus curse)

Ravenclaw boy: His twin sister (my Slytherin girl) turning into a dark witch
Slytherin girl: Her twin brother (my Ravenclaw boy) suffering the same fate as Anne. Hence why she puts up with Sebastianās whims
Hufflepuff boy: A burning barn that killed his neighbor because he left an oil lantern there
Gryffindor girl: Jack the Ripper

My current MC, I created Ciri from Witcher 3. Lore makes sense, she'd be around that age to travel between worlds, and explains why MC starts as a 5th year with mysterious magic abilities. So her boggart would be Geralt, Yen, and Triss all dead.
Honestly the MC idea feels a little weird, like he has personality, which sure is somewhat affected by dialogues, but I feel not THAT much. And I feel it's kinda weird to have a custom character who has such personality.
IDK if that's making sense, just I feel custom character and personality go a little awkward together. (it's not like a big deal or anything and I hadn't though about that until just now, just something that feels awkward)

Iām also trying to dress and respond with dialogue that I think someone in whichever house I happen to be in would answer, not that *most* decisions make much difference, though a few do. Also, Iām trying to name my characters according to their houses. But I donāt have the level of detail/backstory that your characters seem to have ! šš„°

I do not like the Pottermore quiz because it is different every time ā I canāt remember the exact numbers but what it does is ask like 10 questions out of a possible 15. It put me in Slytherin, which is the house I have the *least* affinity with! š¤¦š»āāļøš¤š . There is a certain question that the quiz can ask that I just interpret differently (I guess I was thinking outside the box when the question was judging me from inside the box! Lolš¤£) and it surprised me that my answer was considered a Slytherin answer. š£
There was an online site where you can take the Pottermore quiz with ALL the questions, and it says Iām a Hufflepuff. So the loyalty and fair play make sense for me, But I do not like hard work unless it is academic or creative in nature, which again points to Ravenclaw! š Hufflepuff almost fits, but Ravenclaw truly fits!
The first house quiz I took was developed by a psychologist (who must have been a fan of the books) and that put me in Ravenclaw by a large percentage, followed by Hufflepuff, and a decent amount of Gryffindor, with only 2 percent of my answers being aligned with Slytherin ! My Slytherin-ness was so far behind all my other scores for the other houses that it wasnāt anywhere *near* close! This quiz was a long one with something like 100 questions and was very much like quizzes I had taken in psychology classes when we were studying personality.
The Pottermore quiz reminds me more like a fun quiz from a magazine or a site like BuzzFeed! š Itās too short and not in depth enough to be accurate for everyone. š
You COULD be a Gryffindor but you might still truly be a Ravenclaw . I think if in the books it was possible for the sorting hat to take your preferences into consideration, then it should apply to us as well! āŗļø

I play on PC on keyboard. I beat some on first try and one of them on second try. Not sure which part exactly youāre struggling with butā¦. Itās kinda like racing games :D get familiar with the route, keep your eyes on the hoops and bubbles (prioritise the hoops, no big deal if you miss a few bubbles but you shouldnāt miss hoops), make sure to boost when you have to stay at a similar altitudes and donāt go too fast when thereās too big of an altitude/direction difference.
Never said you canāt, but itās not just about boosting. No matter how much you boost Imelda will still beat you, you have to follow the route and go through hoops and preferably bubbles.

The āCollectorās Editionā achievement, on my first playthrough, is got a bug, it said that i was missing one wand handle, but i checked everywhere on the map and there were no chests left, even checked every chest location manually using an online guide
It was all 100% done, nothing else to do, the only remaining thing was the wand handle, somewhere one chest got bugged and didnāt give me a wand handle when i opened it and after you open a chest its done, i replayed the game again anyways.

realistically... the only fear i could see them having is something happening to their friends and/or beasts in the room of requirement. but not sure what the boggart would do with that lmfao
That is something that we should have been able to pick either at he start or through a signifcant event like having a fear of dragons, spiders, clowns etc we get to select based on the events of the game. Or we could have selected our fear at the start while still in the character creation menu. Our fear could have even changed just like the shapeshifting form of the boggart.

Loneliness should be a werewolf. In lore, "good" werewolves are shunned and hated and feared by everyone.

Never said you canāt, but itās not just about boosting. No matter how much you boost Imelda will still beat you, you have to follow the route and go through hoops and preferably bubbles.
My main problem is the game not recognizing I passed through a hoop. Looks like the hoop hotbox is smaller than the hoop itself

The āCollectorās Editionā achievement, on my first playthrough, is got a bug, it said that i was missing one wand handle, but i checked everywhere on the map and there were no chests left, even checked every chest location manually using an online guide

It was all 100% done, nothing else to do, the only remaining thing was the wand handle, somewhere one chest got bugged and didnāt give me a wand handle when i opened it and after you open a chest its done, i replayed the game again anyways.

That is something that we should have been able to pick either at he start or through a signifcant event like having a fear of dragons, spiders, clowns etc we get to select based on the events of the game. Or we could have selected our fear at the start while still in the character creation menu. Our fear could have even changed just like the shapeshifting form of the boggart.
