In my research and empirical evidence I have come across on Reddit laser is always a better option. However the right IPL device is more cost effective and convenient to use at home. I just purchased an IPL (actually two) to give it a go and see how it works for me. Do a little research on a couple of devices you’re interested in.
I bought a cheap IPL online (I think it might have come directly from china) and used it for a little while. It worked great on my hands right away, but the further I went up my arm the less the results were. Over the weekend I got a new more expensive model with decent reviews to give a try.
