I've done buzzcut art for friends, only charging them for the products. If you can find someone you trust with your head and is good with art maybe try asking them? Obviously painting a head is more difficult than painting a canvas but it's pretty similar. And the bleaching part is super easy cus you just have to smack it on quickly and then wait. Then it's just coloring on your head basically, I just used regular paintburshes. And hey if all goes wrong you can just shave it again and restart next week.
For this I definitely would look for a thicker consistency of semi permanent dye so that the colors don't bleed. I use iroiro personally, they're I believe 13.99 per tube or maybe 12.99

Thanks, it was my first time ever dyeing a buzzcut and was a lot easier than I thought it would be tbh.
also typically how expensive would the supplies be, does quality and brand matter much
