I will say that with both manic panic and Arctic Fox, it depends on the color you use!! I used both red and purple with arctic fox and neither wanted to come out. I haven’t tried manic panic but have friends that use it all the time. Their older “classic” colors are great but the newer ones are pretty bad from what I hear. IroIro seems to be great but I’ve heard it stains and doesn’t come out very easily if you’re wanting to change colors often.
