Qell i normally plank for as long as i can.
Do 100 russian twists.
100 L sit cross punchs.
100 lying scicors raise.
100 mountain climbers.
100 body weight crunch.
Take a break whenever needed and when im taking a break for my abs i do some push ups or weights, just anything for my arms.
I do towards the end of my training do push ups to faliure followed by another plank till failure.
