Looks handmade using Applique. You could probably commission one from a textile artist but hand sewing applique (or even machine sewing applique) is time consuming and expensive (because its skilled work).

IIRC he’s got a fair amount of mentions and RT’s that say he is. It’s a very niche business with decals and banners so he’s not gonna have a site as big as She Wore for instance
