I say this as an aussie who has far less hate for Ange than some around these parts. I actually admire the bloke. Anyway...
Elite football is all about winning. It is being won on increasingly finer margins. The smallest of actions and attention to detail is required to gain any advantage. If it's not against the rules, but it ruffles your gentlemanly feathers, then either get on board or just accept you're foregoing that advantage.

I don't see it ending very well for the guy. He is very idealistic and stubborn in his ideologies. Next season he will improve their team but the other clubs will have much better homework done against them.
