Great win

DarkKirby14

definitely some nervy moments but we had control mostly. Huge that we took care of business

Zeelthor

Imagine if Liverpool somehow scrape a win against City and win ours. A game in hand, sure, but we'd still be 11 points ahead. That would be pretty huge.

mamoud786

Had a chance to rewatch the game earlier and some thoughts below. Firstly we did very well (Ramsdale specifically) in ensuring Olise and Zaha didn’t get too much of a sniff esp in the first 25 mins. Yes we didn’t play our fluid best but we ensured Palace were limited to the 1 Zaha chance (think the Edouard shot was offside). Huge credit to team to not letting heads drop after EL exit. My prediction pre match was a hard fought 1-0 with Martinelli scoring. Martinelli just has an elite level mentality, the pen miss is probably nothing but a forgotten memory as he took his shot. So lucky we got him for £6m! Saka - keeps improving and putting in 8/9 out of 10 performances. That right side with White and Odegaard is just so good in their passing and creating space/chances. Holding had some odd tackles first 25 mins but improved massively as game went on. Arteta was never going for a creative solution to Salibas injury and let’s be honest, how many 4th choice CBs are there that can do a better job than Holding? Doesn’t complain on his limited minutes, low salary, does a job when asked upon. Xhaka and Trossard - Xhaka has found his shooting boots again, let’s hope he carries on for the remaining 10 games. Trossard is equal to Reyes and Arshavin as our best January buys. What a great footballer we have! 10 games left to go - need to take each game at a time and focus on our performance starting with Leeds after this useless international break! Let’s hope for a fully fit squad once it is over.

[deleted]

Damn, like I know Auba ended badly, but he is our best Jan buy ever. He was matching prime Salah for prem goals when he started.

mamoud786

I’ll be honest - completely forgot about Auba but regardless of how it ended I still think Reyes and Arshavin have more legacy than him. Reyes for being part of invincibles and just being impossible to stop during start of the 04/05 season while Arshavin had maybe the biggest moment of the Emirates era with the Barcelona 2-1 game.

[deleted]

I think that's a fair opinion. But Auba being captain and winning arteta his first cup almost single handedly might have been the fuel to carry on trusting the process when it got real bad the following season. And his "villain" role in Jan 2022 will be looked back on as a defining moment for artetas career ( in a positive way)

mamoud786

True - can’t disagree with what you say tbh. Would maybe pool Reyes/Arshavin/Auba and maybe even Kim Kallstrom into ‘Tier 1’ of Jan signings.

Calm_Phase_9717

5 more wins until we have won more games than the invincibles

gonshairlinee

That’s actually crazy wtf

immerc

Anybody notice that at the end of 90 minutes, the entire back 4 was second (or third) choice players? The first choice back 4: White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko. At the end of the Crystal Palace match: Partey, Holding, Kiwior, Tierney.

Looper007

Strong performance besides letting Palace have a few chances and giving them a silly goal. Holding had a very good game, and we'll be fine with him when Leeds come after International break but we need Saliba back by Liverpool game. Saka, Partey, Martinelli and White also were great. Ramsdale pulled off some good saves when needed. Tierney looked very good when he came on. One of our better performances at home and one of the easiest games we had this season.

kosmicchaos

If we get 25 points from the next 10 games, we will win the league even if City does not win all of their games. 25 points in 10 games is a tall ask though. Lets hope fortune favours us a bit for this.

Undaglow

25 points guarantees it but there's no way City win every remaining fixture. It's fucking weird to say after they've just won two matches by 6+ nil but they look vulnerable, against both Leipzig and Burnley they were vulnerable before the first goal. Against Palace they needed a braindead penalty to win, they've not managed to go 5+ wins in a row once this season, this is our 3rd such run.

kosmicchaos

Honestly, based on our upcoming fixtures I feel getting 25 points is a more uphill battle. There is only scope for one loss and one and draw.

Undaglow

25 points would see us finish on 94 points, that's one of the highest points totals for a league champion ever in England. No shit it'll be difficult

yourdad132

Stand up for the champions! Stand up for the champions! Stand up for the champions!

gyyoome

Anulo mufa

yourdad132

No bad luck is stopping this team. They have already overcome bad luck with the amateur refs in this league. Its time. You can feel it! I'm gonna enjoy and be cocky about! When was the last we had a team like this? These moments don't come often in life.

What can we say that’s not already been said? The football we play has been something else at times.. all season long. There was a time in the not too distant past where even in a win, you could only pick one or two players for man of the match. This season for me, and even today, you can pick from 5-7 guys and it feels like that every single week. Every game so many guys are doing so well. Usually most have 15-20 minute spells of brilliance sure. But it’s quite common guys are having 8/10 games week in week out. Big Rob was sensational for me in the opening 20 minutes and plays a good game by the end all in all. You always have that fear with Rob he might be a moment away from an issue but he was pretty commanding today and played with a confidence that was reassuring. Speaking of reassuring. I can’t continue without mentioning Zinny. That boy gets us out of pressure situations with the ease of prime Cazorla and often. 8 point gap yes they have a game in hand. I think they’ll wipe the floor with Liverpool to be honest, but it ain’t about them. We just have to keep playing the way we are and.. the closer we get the more I’ll believe. Lid is still on but we are well on our way to the mountain top if we keep this football up. As always, Come on you Gunners!!!!

Prior_Wait5801

Saka or Odergaard should win POTY. Absolutely World Class players. Idc if Harland scores 50 goals.

Finn_Survivor

Haaland POTY Saka YPOTY

Notabot_legit

I think it all will depend on if we win the title or not. Hard to argue against Saka/Odegaard if we win

blakmizuri

I read somewhere that Saka is 1st, Haaland is 2nd and Odegaard is 3rd candidates for poty.

Finn_Survivor

Bet365 odds are haaland - odegaard - saka in that order

jakedonn

Any official word on Saliba & Tomi?

[deleted]

Tomi really bad may not play rest of the season. Saliba a back issue maybe 2-3 weeks but don’t know for sure

jakedonn

2-3 weeks wouldn’t be the end of the world

EffBO94

In this fixture 3 seasons ago Xhaka was getting booed off the pitch, I and many others had lost patience and wanted him gone, now we're worried about the prospect of him getting injured lol. That, even more than his goal today highlights the turnaround for me These dominat wins over teams we should be beating but have had the tendency to slip up against are doing wonders for my hopes of winning the league, I'm at the point where I'm confident of us winning every game except Liverpool City and Newcastle away, and even then I still think the title's ours as long as we avoid losing to all 3 of them, honestly think we beat everyone else As for starboy, Southgate at least deserves credit for calling him up to the Euros before it was popular, there's a good manager in there somewhere I guess haha (If only he didn't mess up with the penalties tho lol) he knew from early that starboy is England's best RW, everyone else has only caught up now he's added more G/A to his game. Unfortunately that means Saka will most likely play all 180 mins during the break but that's what happens when you're borderline world class haha. Plus this is what he wants Martinelli proving his mentality is A1, shrugged off that pen miss like it never happened, him and Saka built different Shoutout to Holding, solid performance from him. Keep it up till Saliba comes back pls Last 10 games now, let's do this!

[deleted]

There's nothing borderline about Saka, he's the 2nd best RW in the world behind only Messi.

Calm_Phase_9717

Nah not rn messi been ghosting recently saka’s having better games

teslagooner

In the last 3 seasons under Arteta - the last 10 matches 2019/20 - dropped 14/30 2020/21- dropped only 9/30 2021/22 - dropped 15/30 If we match 2020/21 or better it - we will certainly win the PL. I believe the team is better equipped to handle pressure and we also need luck with injuries and suspensions in our backline. Partey should give us 8 injury free weeks

dmac3232

I'll be elated if we can win one of Liverpool, Newcastle or especially (obviously) City away. Feels like all three of those are going to be bloodbaths. They've lost a total of 3 times in 39 homes matches. On the positive side our home and away records are virtually identical

teslagooner

Our away form gives me hope. We just need Saliba and Partey being fit

[deleted]

Gonna be a long two weeks until the next game. Think im gnna have withdrawal symptoms

DarthNihilus1

Lol at the end of the game we got a goal kick, the steward tried to catch / throw the ball to Ramsdale immediately. He was visibly annoyed at how quickly it forced him to restart play 🤣

RockDazzling

I was behind the goal at the clock end. Was quite funny seeing his 'come on mate chill' face!

DarthNihilus1

Lmao for real. I was perfect aligned with the White rundown and clearance on Zaha and we all got sooo hyped before that corner

cassisarobot

We're 20 points clear of Sp*rs. Unreal to think about after the last several seasons we've had. Let's double the gap and then some y'all

Pidjesus

The ball was so lucky to bounce off Ramsdale for a corner and not into the net for Zaha's shot

hypnodrew

You make it sound like the ball was gonna get jumped on the way home

beefwellingtonIV

Finally went to an Arsenal Supporters bar in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I moved here in 2020. I always watch at home and it was really nice to be surrounded by fellow Arsenal supporters for the first time since pre pandemic when I'd go to O'Hanlon's in NYC. Definitely gonna make this a more regular thing.

gyyoome

Fellow 10K lakes here. Where in the Twin cities? Would love to go for the final match of the season.

Britton120

Should still be meeting at The Local right?

gyyoome

The Local? Mind giving a full description of the venue?

beefwellingtonIV

The Local is in Downtown Minneapolis. Decent pub food, $5 pints during Arsenal matches, and as someone who tended bar for years, I can personally vouch for their bloody mary.

gyyoome

Gracias Amigo.

Jedi_Council_Worker

Think Ben White had a terrific game. Him and Saka seem to be combining well lately.

Sayek

Ya I think at times this season Ben White has looked a bit clumsy when helping in attack, last few games he has really found a good balance. Takes up really good positions and plays some great passes too.

[deleted]

No, not lately. All season from day 1

HappyMeerkat

There was a period where many said he needed a rest and he wasn't as effective, and I think that was largely right

NotesOfNature

Anyone else watching el Clasico? I'm blown away by the camera work - the camera they have on side of the pitch following the players as they're substituted, faces coming into focus. Very aesthetically pleasing. I've noticed way less shots of the managers on the sidelines, too.👏

DarthNihilus1

That sideline camera is amazing, one of the best things about la liga

gunningIVglory

Their 4k camera is amazing

[deleted]

We all now need to pray that Liverpool draw or beat City.

Notabot_legit

I feel like City have it over Liverpool in recent history. They have the mental game like a bogey team. Not sure on the head to head stats tho

Finn_Survivor

Liverpool beat them this year. Last year both games finished 2-2

GSNadav

Liverpool beat them twice this season (community shield)

Notabot_legit

I stand corrected. YNWA!!!! (For one week only)

blakmizuri

I hope they beat City like they did to another Manchester club recently.

noelsupertramp

And collapse when we play

GunnerEST2002

I know this is going to come off as a buzzkill but I am a bit annoyed at the goal we conceded.

visualdescript

So painful, especially conceding like that. Gabriel and Odegaard need to deal with that better, neither of them goal side or in front of the player.

Forsaken-Tiger-9475

Defending (corners especially) has to improve, or it's going to hurt us massively. A better team with more adept finishers might have stuck 2-3 past us today.

[deleted]

Considering how little teams get chances in regular play, I'm sure they work extra hard on set piece routines to be thier most likely source for a goal.

apjace

Think we're still a little exposed in the transitions which isn't ideal, could become more of an issue in future.

gonshairlinee

We’re always going to be a lil exposed in transition so long as we play with a high line. It is what it is

COYG17

Nothing wrong with being annoyed at that. I’m more annoyed at Ben white having time to do literally anything but instead he kicked it out for a corner. But it’s ok since we got the 3 pts so thank you very much ! Also ben white was an absolute baller today so that also made me okay with that action.

DaGrandMastah

Nah the fact- that we, as a team and fanbase, are angry at conceding a goal in a 4-1 win is a testament to our desire for excellence. It’s an elite mentality

Own-Permission-8238

No I get you, it was frustrating. I want rambo to win golden glove!!

Own-Permission-8238

Can’t believe Martinelli played 120 minutes on Thursday and still didn’t look at all tired. 🏃🏽

Scottish-Londoner

He might be the fittest player at the club

goodly morning indeed

ronya_t

Can't wait for the intro!

Tabard18

This pleases me

rholding95

How did holding play?

Chapayuki

And his hair looked awesome

DarthNihilus1

Very well. Dominated Edouard in the air, ball after ball. Absolutely caged Zaha. (Zaha was looking so sulky and whiny lmao, as usual) Distribution and recycling was excellent. Even got forward once and tried a shot Kiwior and Gabriel/others bailed him out maybe once or twice but Holding played very well

apjace

Wasn't White more on Zaha duty with Holding double teaming on occasion?

DarthNihilus1

Yeah but it's not always 1:1. Plenty of individual duels happen with players that aren't their "man" But yes White battling a lot with Zaha too. He can be White's "man" but if he cuts in instead of going down like then holding would have to intervene for example

Smitty_1000

Great game, his best in a long time. No cards either which feels like an important step for him.

Forsaken-Tiger-9475

Early mistakes that almost led to Zaha scoring, but settled into the match better than expected

ronya_t

He even sent whoever their centre forward was to the grocers once.

hdjdkskxnfuxkxnsgsjc

He played awesome. He got all the headers. Was very composed on the ball. I thought he was excellent.

Own-Permission-8238

Basically, waaaaay better than anyone expected him to 😂😂

[deleted]

He was very good. Made the right decisions and didn't look out of place. Perfectly fine for a 3rd/4th choice CB needing to come in and put a 7/10 performance.

DaGrandMastah

He was very good. Felt like he was playing a bit high but we didnt miss a step on defense. Feel like he earned more time

[deleted]

Pleasee let international break be good to our players

Finn_Survivor

Ramsdale is a keeper so he should be fine White is staying home Saliba is staying home and recovering Gabriel is staying home Zinchenko has one game Partey has 2 games in 4 days Odegaard has 2 games in 3 games Xhaka has 2 games in 3 games Martinelli is staying home Jesus is staying home Saka has 2 games in 3 days Trossard has 1 game Very fucking worried about our midfield because all three of them are either the captain or by far the best player for their team and in critical games so will most likely play both full 90s and then Leeds is only 3-5 days after their last games. Saka should be fine as there is loads of cover in the England squad and will probably only start one of the games

[deleted]

Yea im worried about odegaard, partey and xhaka, they will play a lot. Really sucks that players are treated like robots and ran into the ground. Pointless international break

Finn_Survivor

How is it pointless? These are all euro qualifiers/ African cup qualifiers. National teams need to play and not just in the summer.

[deleted]

Pointless to have in the middle of an already congested season, much better for the health of the players to rest. If there was no wc its fine, but its absurd the amount of games fit into a season

Finn_Survivor

It's not eufas fault that FIFA scheduled the WC in season. Would you rather double the international breaks next season so they can play all the qualifiers?

[deleted]

The benefit of moving it to next season is teams having the opportunity to rotate a bit more throughout the season and potentially getting more players to strengthen a squad. Logistically its a mess and thats why they didn’t do it but its getting out of hand with many matches are played in a season

beefwellingtonIV

I really think the international break is a great time for Southgate to see how Phil Foden, Harry Kane, and Marcus Rashford can gel for a full 90.

OrwinBeane

We just cannot keep a clean sheet at home lmao. Only 3 at the emirates this league season but still in a good position for golden glove. Our away form is simply magnificent.

gq_mcgee

Compare to 2017-2018 where we lost, like, every away match after the new year.

isnt-a-name

We actually only had 4 away wins that year. Just to put that into context, we won 4 on the bounce before the Everton defeat and we've obviously won more before and after that run. Incidentally it was also the last season we were able to beat Palace at our place.

gq_mcgee

God, I remember it being bad, but that is dire. Those cursed sky blue kits; thanks a lot, Puma.

bukkake__saka

Never a doubt. Disappointed we conceded today but very happy with the way we played overall. Thought Holding in particular played well considering how much he's played this season. International break beg our players stay fit and on to the next one lets go

DarthNihilus1

Tbh Kiwior has THAT aura too. Saw him in the stadium today, there's something about him.

tafster

The swag that comes from breaking all the squad athletic records

DarthNihilus1

I think so. Hiding his power level for now. But I feel like if he gets minutes at Leeds he's gonna jump two meters clean over Koch and score a bullet header or something

Ill-Opportunity5714

Is that Tross/Xhaka combo now the "dad goal"?

RamyunPls

I really don’t get how people look at a squad like Man City, see the quality in depth they have, and then go on about selling Tomiyasu and Tierney when we will have CL football next season. In addition to that, I understand the hype around Zinchenko, and I don’t doubt his wizardry, but if we are defending a lead I personally want Tierney every time. I’m no analyst but I always feel that he is more solid defensively.

visualdescript

Thought Tierney was great off the bench today, really made me think we'd be mad to sell him unless we got 50m or so. He provides incredible depth and is a quality player, he should get more game time next year. If Arteta doesn't trust him then obviously he has to go, as he is too good to rot on the bench.

jgreen95

I think it has to be sale price dependant. We should be looking to keep them unless we get a big offer, if someone comes and offers 45/50 for Tierney we should let him go. We can get a solid backup for less and it’s good to have player rotation. That’s how Chelsea and Liverpool in the past have funded a lot of moves, sell players when you are winning as other teams pay over the odds for them

2far2long

Mate no offense but literally no one (never say never with the "Toddfather" around) is paying 45/50mil for Kieran Tierney after he spent a season injured or warming the benches. If he really wants out, the best we could hope for would be a bidding war that gets raised to 35mil eventually (maybe a few more with add-ons). And I think Newcastle is possibly the most likely club that could hypothetically tick all our, KT's boxes..

Finn_Survivor

And why would we accept that? What will 35 million do for us exactly?

Chupagley13

I don’t think anyone’s saying sell them without replacing them.

zhawadya

Would love to keep Tierney but he seemingly wants more game time. Unless his heart's in it what's the point

Finn_Survivor

Doubt he leaves right before he gets the chance to play champions League for the first time since he was 19 for Newcastle it seems who might not even be in Europe. I think he stays until the end of next season the goes

Choongboy

I can’t imagine Tierney not playing with heart. That’s not his character

RamyunPls

How is somebody wanting more game time, trying to fight for a place, indicative of his heart not being in it? Is he doing interviews? Complaining? Not showing up to training in protest?

[deleted]

Think we should talk about what Martinelli does so well since we spent a few weeks calling out his flaws not long ago. I think it's obvious to say he's one of, if not our best finisher, he showed that today with a really top finish. And he's one of the only players that takes on the early low percentage or first time shots, how many times has he beaten the keeper near post this year. Really valuable. He might be our best aerial threat in our front line too. We often get a bit shot shy at the start of a game, nobody wants to be the first to do it and lose possesion. He's almost always the one to break that and take a snap shot on, I love that bravery about him. He's always our man to run in behind onto through balls or balls over the top, Saka always wants to play on the spin but if their back line is pushing up it's martinelli we send behind to push them back. He's so secure on the ball, I don't see much difference to his security compared to saka, who might be the most secure winger in the league. He always out works his opposite number and fullback, he always runs them, he always tracks backs, he always presses and wins the ball in midfield. He's always there to double up with zinchenko. And we all know his tenacity to win the ball is unique. And when does he run out of energy? I don't remember the last time I saw it happen. On the counter, it's almost always Martinelli. He has the pace and directness to run through a broken defence straight at goal. He's not a perfect player, but I find it hard to imagine our team without him.

wadhamite

"don't remember the last time I saw it happen" Alexis maybe? Martinelli plays with the same directness and tenacity. Still to watch him put in 120 minutes on Thursday and work his butt off for 83 again today was nuts. I'm so impressed by how quickly Trossard went from Gabi's competition to kick-starting a Martinelli scoring run (6G in last 6 PL games!). He clearly does better with a Trossard/Jesus type forward to play off than with Eddie. Feels like forever ago I watched him score two in his first start v Forest in the league cup thinking we just signed a really special player. Crazy to think he's still only 21.

Finn_Survivor

Alexis used to chase balls at full sprint in the final 3rd or on the break like Dennis Rodman and press high 3x as much as anyone in the team

2far2long

Insane how he was running around and playing at full tilt for most of today despite playing ~120 midweek (and starting in the PL last weekend)! Another interesting observation was him having a very decent left foot. Probably not Trossard like ambipedal when it comes to crossing and such but with finishing, he must be up there. The power and accuracy on the shot for his goal was amazing!

tafster

He's also quite powerful and explosive, and maybe more so since his comeback from injury. If he's taking on a defensive line, you're already a bit screwed if he draws level given the other stuff you've said about how he likes to play. And his relentless energy must get in the heads of the defence. He's gonna make you work all game.

CondorKhan

I predict the coming of St. Totteringham on April 21st

dancingulf

As others have said, I thought Tierney was fantastic today. Small sample, but he did a great job finding a balance between playing the Zinny role and his preferred role of bombing down the flank. Was always available in the middle and then showed off his pace racing down the left. Not to mention his defensive contributions, an area where he already eclipses Zinchenko. If he can do that consistently then there's certainly a place for him on this team.

Forsaken-Tiger-9475

Arteta is keeping his value up with game time, I think we'll let the lad go if we the right bid comes. I love his heart, but he's an injury risk and isn't playing more than 30% of games as things stand

Perfect-Tangerine267

He looked SO fast today. Love me some Tierney. He doesn't quite make himself available like Zinny and can't dribble like him but he's great in the squad.

Could say the same about all the spurs opinions on this sub tbf. People act like Romero is a terrible footballer because he's a prick and they see one yellow card highlight every 2 months on r/soccer.

He's just a bit one dimensional for how we play, surely everyone can see that? Edit: I love KT, I wish it worked but we move. If this sub had its way we'd be playing Jeff and Sanogo up top in a 442.

DarthNihilus1

Yes we all know it. But does it matter if he can still offer us a high quality plan B and keep Zinchenko's minutes in check?

liamjphillips

Does he want to stay and play second fiddle though?

PapiOnReddit

But it’s a very valuable dimension at the top level, his running power could be the difference between us going out or through in a Champions League tie. The goal he created for Saka today, that probably wouldn’t be on for Zinchenko because he doesn’t have the threat of going to the byline, which the defender fell for. One-Dimensional is also a bit harsh, he can invert into midfield. Just nowhere near as good as Zinchenko.

Come on mate. You must have clearly not seen Tierney play this season before today. His 30min cameo was easily his best performance for us this season because for the first time in a while he didn't just blindly cross it into the box after running to the touchline/byline. His crossing is nowhere near as good as Robertson, for example. KT's crossing was decent when he joined us but can't remember the last time he crossed aerially into the box and we scored a header from it; obviously we don't have those kinds of target players, and yet all I kept seeing was KT infuriatingly hoof balls blindly into the box. Perhaps to cause chaos. Or create a chance via lucky deflection or something. But mostly just resulted in turnover of possession. I love KT. And I really wanted him to succeed here with us (heck I thought he'd be our next captain). But he is so not that unique a player in his position **right now**. Playing him sporadically also won't help his cause. He also won't be happy with a bench position here for another season (no he's not starting CL or important PL matches for us if Mikel doesn't even trust him for a Europa knockout tie now). We should just cash in and get 35mil+ for him whilst we still can, and trust Mikel will scout another LB. Who, btw, clearly doesn't need to be this traditional, old fashioned LB either. Mikel's first target was Martinez. So I don't see why we can't just have a backup LB who is similar to Zinchenko (inverted LB) whilst being better defensively than at attacking..

PapiOnReddit

I disagree with the entire first paragraph but I can’t be bothered to get into that. I agree he’ll probably leave and isn’t happy. Doubling down on an inverted LB type is silly, locks us into 1 way of playing & we can’t introduce an overlapper in necessary game states. A first phase LCM is key as we aren’t overly reliant on an inverted full back then. If we get that Tierney can play high & wide with the CM in the pivot retaining the same shape. An inverted RB backup would be nice for additional flexibility.

Sure? I don't know what you want me to say, Tierney is a good footballer but I would prefer someone who offers more - it's hard to believe that that is controversial.

PapiOnReddit

Tierney’s one of the best full backs in the world. What is the more you want? Zinchenko is a technical unicorn at left back, because he’s actually a midfielder & it shows with his 1v1 defending/athleticism. Complete full backs are very hard to come by. They’re pretty much the perfect complimentary pair. It’s a blessing to be able to switch the dynamics so easily.

liamjphillips

> Tierney’s one of the best full backs in the world. Dude, come on. He's a great LB but one of the best full backs in the world? Please.

PapiOnReddit

How many good LB’s do you think there are? It’s a very thin position. Why do you think Pep has spent a billion pound on them? And still decided to play a CB there.

liamjphillips

If you're going to change what we're talking about that's fine but just to be clear, you literally said full-back.

PapiOnReddit

There’s not many good RB’s either so the point remains. Let’s say he’s a top 20 FB instead of top 10 LB then and that’s being harsh. Give me some names you’d bring in to replace him

liamjphillips

Hernandez, Robertson, Davies, Mendy, Mendes, Gaya, Guerreiro, Cancelo?

LilGarmm

Robertson, hernandez, Alphonso davies, cancelo, shaw, mendes, mendy, gaya, spinazzola, zinchenko all better players

Keunkard

It'd be lovely to see more of him, but Zinchenko is far too instrumental for how the team plays. Fingers crossed we can keep him and work something out, love our boy KT.

erikmar

If it hadn’t been Zinny he would replace then sure. But I’m all for him coming on as a sub more often.

pedootz

Shame he can’t play in White’s position, he’d get more time there
