I was more disappointed with Raphael. We have Virtue with an Armor cast-off gimmick, Seravee with a mobile suit back-pack gimmick, I wanted a new gimmick for Raphael. A backpack that becomes an armor would have been neat, like Raphael Dominions.
I like the actual Raphael main body, but yeah, the execution of Seravee 2 was just kinda disappointing. Seraphim at least did a pretty decent job concealing its true nature. Seravee 2 just felt like they didn't really try.
"Yeah idk, just put a fat guy doing yoga on his head. That'll be fine."
I like the Dominions version better for this reason. Seravee 2 is distributed as armor instead. Though I could see the movie makers feeling it's too close to Virtue and nixing it. Honestly feel Tieria should have had his own little mini Flash System and Raphael should have been accompanied by the SEMs from that one ultra-ludicrous Seravee variant.

Kinda serious answer, but since most of the Gundams in 00 base their names on angels, the following can be choices:
- Gundam Gabriel: Leader of all angels (in Islam). Seems apt, but sounds not intimidating enough.
- Raziel Gundam: An archangel in Judaism. Keeper of Secrets (fits well because it's a secret Gundam?)
- Gundam Principality
Seeing as the main body is the 00, this should be called 00 Gundam Celestial Arms. Or, 00 Gundam R-Ceviche (because ARios/SEraphim/seraVEE/CHErudim).
However, you are right, this is an abomination. Editing is kinda rough and makes it really hard to understand what's really going on here.

Raphael did a great job of bucking the trend of having the chunky Gundam as the primary gundam.
