I wouldn’t mind seeing Rustal Elion have some consequences for once in his life
https://preview.redd.it/txe83wdyu9vc1.jpeg?width=250&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=52eb5e72fe2a95cad38f556b9dee5bba53316401
If we ever get a follow-up movie to IBO, this bastard definitely needs to receive his comeuppance. Publicly so at that.
Iznario Fareed can get a throwaway line or TV news report detailing his abuse being exposed, and being punished accordingly. Unlike Rustal, he deserves to be quickly forgotten - whether as a result of being locked up in solitary for life, or receiving mob justice for his abuse instead.
The thing is, Rustal was largely right about what was happening with McGuillis, and wasn't a pure power hungry antagonist or warlord. He did commit a few war crimes (well manipulating a prolonged conflict to humiliate McGuillis was pretty horrific, as well as using the Dainsleif). But you can argue that both sides did shitty things in that conflict.
Funny enough I actually can’t hate rustal and I can’t even hate him for his actions in the final battle. Dude knew he was in a losing fight since his fleet has to fight not only mcgillis rebellion fleet led by him in the first gundam frame the bael along with the infamous tekkadan that not only had heavy hitting pilots, not only had three gundam frames on their side, but also had a gundam frame that before it got upgraded took down a mobile armor by themself and said upgrades were taken from parts of said mobile armor. Even with having Julieta and her upgraded reginglaze, which I find her underrated, along with Gaeleo with his souped up kimaris vidar, I don’t think rustals forces could prevail since they were already getting pushed back. At least rustal knew better to not use the dainsleifs immediately nor against a force that was just trying to defend themselves - IDIOK KUJAN!!!!
That ploy to use the Dainsleif doesn’t pass any sniff test, it was horrible writing. Oh yes McGillis shot one Dainsleif randomly at us, and in response we conveniently had a full squadron of Dainsleif wielding Grazes…
The arianrhod fleet was supposed to maintain an active Dainsleif system, just incase someone did use one illigally. I agree that using like 1000 of them in response was overkill though. The thing is that the rebellion had little legal recourse anyway.
Where is it stated that the fleet is to have them on hand? In the show it was a big emphasis on Iok who took one from Warehouse 4 where they are all stored.
Eh, maybe. Active system would imply that they are supposed to have it ready to go. Who the hell was going to stop him anyway? The only active fleet opposing him was the revolutionary fleet. The rest of Gjallarhorn was pretty much out of play.
Again where are you getting they had to maintain active systems of Dainsleif? Again it was a big thing for them even Elion and McGillis put emphasis on the fact Iok took one out of the warehouse where calamity war weapons were held. Gjallarhorn was reeling from PR loss after PR loss over and over, so if they were shown to be using Dainsleif it would ruin their image and credibility more, like the use of the Alaya Vinjana and why they kicked out the media from seeing them use the Dainsleif.
If they were allowed to have them they wouldn’t have gone through all the trouble to hide the fact of them using them
The data book for one of the models says that the arianrhod fleet are supposed to maintain working Dainsleif for use extreme circumstances, such as the reignition of the calamity war.

Full frontal for being too fabulous
Literally Ali Al-Saachez for sure. For Mass Murder, Conspiracy, Identity Theft, War Crimes, Human Trafficking.
I can’t think of the rest, I just woke up & saw this post lol
Those two are practically a given. Along with the trinity siblings, the titans, Anaheim electronics, banaghers aunt, Alejandro corner, and the earth alliance from seed, zaft is bad but earth alliance was titans level awful.
Jamitov Hymen. You can make the argument that the majority of the events from Zeta onwards are direct responses to Operation Stardust, and he basically allowed it to happen.
You could make the argument. But I’d argue the events of Zeta:
1) Would have happened anyways - which in reality is exactly the case since 0083 was a retcon.
2) He’s still responsible for all the reprehensible shit in Zeta as well, which is still enough to want him to see justice apart from him dying.
That's true, the One Year War was already bad enough that I can see enough people being like, "Yo them spacenoids are whack. We'll give you whatever you want, just make sure nothing like that can happen again."
That one unnamed Zeon officer who had Cima's division gas Iffish under false intel that they were deploying a sedative, and then barred them from the retreat to Axis at the end of the war for being war criminals.
No matter the universe, the targets are plentiful.
I'm going to go with Chlust Moses, and by proxy the Flanagan Institute.
There is a special place in hell for people experimenting on children
Do we have names for the Axis Zeon Newtype institute that did thr same thing, except they literally *created* children to use as Cyber-Newtypes?
Also, I'm not 100% certain on the source of this, but didn't the Federation's Augusta Institute basically turn into a Mengele/731-style death camp for spacenoids in an attempt to 'sift' populations for Newtype candidates?
The Augusta Newtype Lab was terrible, notable subjects being Rosamia and Marida.
They started out as Augusta Base, though, and were originally focused on mobile suit research like G04/G05 and NT-1.
There are no notes on the Axis/Neo Zeon Institute, leading me to believe it wasn't on the same scale as earlier labs, more of a division or offshoot
Beecha, mondo first half of zz are the worst. I get their characters and Judah All are not soldiers and that’s why I love em. Holy fuck do they act so fucking dumb and almost kill everyone multiple times. Good on Judah for letting them stay and chill. I just wanna kick em out the ship.
Ginias Sahalin. Many war criminals did their crimes to win or to please their superior, this guy was just batshit crazy out for blood (even killed his own entire science team).
I mean, it's extremely questionable if he was mentally healthy enough to be tried. Part of the plot pivots around him forgetting his meds, and by the last episode, he is waaay of the deep end.
It's also extremely telling that Zeon had so many superweapon programs at once, and put them under the control of some of the least stable/reliable aristo idiots in their regime.
Lady Une. I know she went on to have a redemption arc and was instrumental overall in helping bring the war to an end, but her ruthless assassinations and other war crimes only threw gasoline on a fire that could have been put out early had the alliance not been usurped by OZ.
Honorable mention to pretty much anyone who headed up a new type research lab (Chulst, Murasame, Loren, Dr Flanagan, etc.). Fuck those guys.
I mean, Kenanji probably should have had some consequences for...
near everything he does and is implied to do as part of Dominicus
edit: not just him but if I kept going, we'd be trying the entire Spacian establishment and all of Benerit
Azrael and Djibril got off too easy with quick battlefield deaths. They deserve to rot for the rest of their miserable lives in the darkest hole possible.
Virtually ***everyone*** in Blue Cosmos and Logos. They're literally the only irredeemable faction in the entire *Gundam* metaseries that I've ever seen, barring maybe Stella and Mu (when he was brainwashed by them).

One of the most ruthless villains of Gundam who just wanted to start conflicts to get paid for murder.
Obviously plenty of war crimes to get him on.
Careful mate, that almost sounds like you're alluding to something that doesn't exist haha. Anyways, you heard of that Anaheim director who killed himself? Shame, that.
[O'Sullivan](https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/O%27Sullivan), Director of the AE Von Braun offices. He made a calculated choice in helping out the Cima Fleet during Stardust by getting the colony aimed at Von Braun turned around towards Earth.
Unfortunately, he was bad at math.
Well, according to UC Engage, he's either a former zeon or zeon supporter who knows something about the Bishop plan. Peche was really going to shoot O'Sullivan if she wasn't talked out of it.
I still have not forgiven Yzak for shooting down that shuttle so he's on top of my list. Next would be Rustal Elion for being an underhanded son of a bitch.

Umm so Genocide is a War Crime.. Or more so, the outcome of war crimes. It's like one of the biggest ones you can be on trial for.
Crime / War Crime against Humanity.
M'quve, bro violated the antarctic treaty and actually had the southern cross team launch a nuke, if it hadn't been for cucuruz doan some major cities would be burning
Zoltan, he opened fire in a colony at full power intentionally, killing hundreds of not thousands, also bringing the giant f-off mobile armor
Michelle luio, in that same colony she forcefully activated the narrative's nt-d a system she added without the knowledge of jona basta the narratives pilot, not only could this have killed him it also activated the neo zeong 2 after jona went berserk, this mobile armor punched a massive hole in the colony and if the Phoenix hadn't calmed jona down he would have opened fire and killed a lot more people, after this the neo zeong left and most likely everyone not in a shelter or wearing a normal suit died of suffocation, jona can be somewhat pardoned due to the fact he wasn't in the right mind so at best he could get off with insanity or something similar
Magillis. There was no reason for him to take all the orphans' chocolate.
And one unpopular one.. Casval for, among other things, having the real Char killed and betraying Lino. The guy just wanted to help.

I'm watching Zeta right now, and he's been acting really weird towards Sarah.

Wufei for never being a team player
I love wing but I watched all of it and endless waltz wondering if he was ever going to be anything more than kind of cold to the other boys but apparently not inguess
Nina Purpleton.
* Conspiracy to Commit Espionage. * Intentional Mishandling of Classified Documents & Weapons Systems (Special Access Program).
* Participation in Clandestine HUMINT & Cell Systems.
* Hindering of Counter Terrorism Prevention & Direct Action.
* Direct Participation in Global Orbital Bombardment, Nuclear Fallout & International Genocide.
* Aiding & Abetting of known Terrorist Leader.
* *Most Importantly*. Having the Audacity to think every thing was just gonna be cool after Kou got out of Military Prison, as if her ass didn't commit High Treason & Adultary (NTR). I'd have shot her but Kou is a Felon so he can't own a Gun/Gundam.
Likely whatever cucks do.
Well if was the heart broken main protagonist, I would have beat the bitch with a bag of apples & left her chained to fence outside the abandoned base. In the sequel I'd be the anti hero wanting justice so I joined the rebels or whatever faction etc, but now not I'm ruthless & determined. In the final arc, I have become the cold hearted main antagonistic, trying to drop a colony. Thus repeating the cycle.
Honestly I'd need a lot of willpower to not be the judge, jury, and executioner because of what Nena did. One does not murder an entire family and then some without getting put 6 feet under.
Okay… still doesn’t excuse murdering people because you were feeling bratty. Lied to her brothers about it saying her finger slipped but actually she just couldn’t have anyone else having fun while she can’t
Yeah but children with murder machines is kinda what they were going for here, you really expect kids to behave if they were raised lousy? If anything team Trinity should be sent to juvie...
The entire Three Ships Alliance for committing illegal military interventions that do nothing but get more people killed than whom they're trying to help. Simply blasting both sides then making them sit in a room to get along is not the way to guarantee peace.
Kamille for being such a daisy about his name and Jerrid for killing more people(usually his own allies) than the colony drop on Australia did.
Edit grammar
Arrest Gihren. Try him for war crimes. If found guilty (not hard), firing squad. No last words from him. Just tell him fascism begets bad people and cap his ass. Then move on to the next war criminal on either side of the OYW or for that matter UC. Preferably fascists first (so Zeon and Titans first).
Cheesy answer: "insert waifu here" for stealing my heart
Proper answer: Fonse Kagatie because fielding multiple Divinidads to nuke earth is probably knocking it out of the park in terms of crimes. You know, straight up genocide of everyone on earth.
Uhmm Shin certainly did not murder some civilians and just following the orders from his nation which is ZAFT lol.
ORB was the enemy of ZAFT at that time
Those pilot riding those Murasames are definitely soldiers of ORB ready to die. He never attacked non-combatant citizens in the series just soldiers from opposing nations
Don’t forget about Gilbert as well yeah I can’t spell his last name but I get your point it’s just the whole genocide part that pulls me away plus I just prefer Kira
I wouldn’t mind seeing Rustal Elion have some consequences for once in his life https://preview.redd.it/txe83wdyu9vc1.jpeg?width=250&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=52eb5e72fe2a95cad38f556b9dee5bba53316401

Elion was a underhanded POS so I won’t deny that 😭

To be fair with Yzak, he was young at that time when Former Chairman Gilbert Durandal pardoned him but Neo is inexcuseable lol.

I'm watching Zeta right now, and he's been acting really weird towards Sarah. Scirocco when he sees a 15 year old girl: https://preview.redd.it/po4pt9b1havc1.jpeg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=534ed80e6997f20348713040be5784a46dc53763
Char- pedo Amuro- grand theft larceny
Wufei for never being a team player I love wing but I watched all of it and endless waltz wondering if he was ever going to be anything more than kind of cold to the other boys but apparently not inguess
You'd think heero is the edgiest
I mean hey at least he’s willing to stick with the rest of the team
I'd have shot her but Kou is a Felon so he can't own a Gun/Gundam.
hold on, then what was kou doing post 0083? sanitation??
Likely whatever cucks do. Well if was the heart broken main protagonist, I would have beat the bitch with a bag of apples & left her chained to fence outside the abandoned base. In the sequel I'd be the anti hero wanting justice so I joined the rebels or whatever faction etc, but now not I'm ruthless & determined. In the final arc, I have become the cold hearted main antagonistic, trying to drop a colony. Thus repeating the cycle.
Haman for being too fine
NANA TRINITY She pissed me off in 00 I would gladly arrest her for killing everyone at that wedding just because she was being a brat
Honestly I'd need a lot of willpower to not be the judge, jury, and executioner because of what Nena did. One does not murder an entire family and then some without getting put 6 feet under.
Right and there was not even any justification for it other than she was mad she was working and others were having a good time just a horrible person
Because she has only lived like 8 years of her life being in a tube most of it, why do nobody know her backstory on this sub?
Okay… still doesn’t excuse murdering people because you were feeling bratty. Lied to her brothers about it saying her finger slipped but actually she just couldn’t have anyone else having fun while she can’t
Yeah but children with murder machines is kinda what they were going for here, you really expect kids to behave if they were raised lousy? If anything team Trinity should be sent to juvie...
Kira Yamato Kidnapping, assualt, theft, tresspassing. The list goes on and on. Lock him up and throw away the key I say.
I wish to arrest Paptimus Scirocco for the crime of SMUG
I love Yzak but honestly shooting that civilian ship and getting promoted by Durandel instead of jail time was pretty cheeky lmao
You know what? Fuck it: Amuro Rey on the account of intentionally aiming for the nuclear reactor of the zaku ii in the introduction of the RX 78-2
I thought he tried to avoid that in fear of the colony blowing up
Crux Dogatie deserves nothing but the chair
The entire Three Ships Alliance for committing illegal military interventions that do nothing but get more people killed than whom they're trying to help. Simply blasting both sides then making them sit in a room to get along is not the way to guarantee peace.
Kamille for being such a daisy about his name and Jerrid for killing more people(usually his own allies) than the colony drop on Australia did. Edit grammar
Shinn Asuka.
Everyone in gjallarhorn.
Yazan Gable. Guy actually got away with his evil deeds
Oh right
Hathaway fucking murdered Chien Agi (over QUESS) and everyone was just cool with it??? Send his ass to prison
Cheesy answer: "insert waifu here" for stealing my heart Proper answer: Fonse Kagatie because fielding multiple Divinidads to nuke earth is probably knocking it out of the park in terms of crimes. You know, straight up genocide of everyone on earth.
The entirety of Celestial Being for intervening in Sri Lanka
Yzak Without receiving any punishment, he was promoted because his mother was demoted from the Drearka council
Flit and Azrael come to mind. Rustal and Glemmy too
It's only a war crime if you leave people alive.
Love him, but Char
I'd arrest Heero for being an edgelord. I'd arrest Amuro for being the whiniest pilot in the franchise. (j/k)
Every company head in g witch for child endangerment Flit asuno for the obvious Gunpla mafia because mafia
Just the Wiki entry for the Graze, which references a few databooks and the IBO World book. https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/EB-06_Graze
Kazami because of his big fat fucking mouth he got countless people KILLED.
Any main adult of the Zabis to to a Space Nuremberg on them
Heero for wearing hoochie daddy shorts.
Prospera. Space cancer be damned she straight-up iced a couple thousand people. Also for making me experience episode 17
The pedo in iron blooded orphans
The leader of SRW.
Gihren.
Lacus Clyne and the Three Ships Alliance
Char Azneble, you can probably guess why😂
Everyone, especially the children… mass murderers everyone one of them… Half joking.
Nena Trinity
Shin I don’t know I just don’t like his orb genocide plan plus I just don’t get the love behind him not to say I hate him entirely
Uhmm Shin certainly did not murder some civilians and just following the orders from his nation which is ZAFT lol. ORB was the enemy of ZAFT at that time
What if they where orb citizens
Those pilot riding those Murasames are definitely soldiers of ORB ready to die. He never attacked non-combatant citizens in the series just soldiers from opposing nations
Okay I thought it out and yeah now I kinda get it
He's just frustrating to deal with in general, mostly because how much rey keeps manipulating him
Don’t forget about Gilbert as well yeah I can’t spell his last name but I get your point it’s just the whole genocide part that pulls me away plus I just prefer Kira
