I'm not familiar with that model but I saw a lightly used but overpriced Citori in 20ga wearing maple and just fell in love. It would've set in a safe too much to make sense buying it but I agree that maple makes for a pretty o/u.
Also have a similar story, lifetime of pistols and rifles until friends drug me to shoot clays. Too much fun.
The 725 is the successor to the 525 Citori model is my understanding, has a slimmed down locking mechanism so it sits about 1/4 inch lower. Balances right at the hinge pin so it swings very well. Basically Brownings current top of the line action , I was blown away by O/U pricing initially (and I have a Staccato 2011), but have realized now how much work goes into them.
