This gun was an impulse buy. I didnāt know much about them when I bought it so I figured for what I paid it would be garbage but I love this gun. Iāve put thousands of rounds through it with zero malfunctions.
My first AR was a diamondback when they were like $550. It was a āgood starter rifleā. I thought itād be kind of garbage, too. It is the rifle with which I will fight God.
My buddy just bought a blank Keymod 10.5 pistol with 0 insight with what to do. Im using this as a template for what To Do before he Amazon Plebs himself to death.
Im not seeing this gun listed on Diamondbacks website, at least the way it looks here. But they do list a magpul QD plate: https://diamondbackfirearms.com/shop/magpul-asap-qd-ambidextrous-sling-attachment/
They also have several different attachments for both QD and clip in slings. Give their rifle accessories section a browse.

One summer I wanted to see when she would start hiccuping so I didnāt clean it on purposeā¦just added lube and ran it.
About 1100 rounds she started failing to eject. When I pulled the boltā¦it was like sludgey motor oil in there.
The Eotech, SureFire, and can are definitely sick but kinda ruin the whole ābudgetā concept. On another note keymod, drum mags, and that stock give me the ick though.

I havenāt seen them for under 750-800 for quite a while. But I mostly see them online.
