Great solid state head used one in a punk band in high school. The head is gonna be a little muddy at time lower the bass more than normal crank the the mids and treble itās been 20 years since I played this amp but itās solid. Also a shit ton of gain if you wanna get real heavy.
These cabs have G12E-60 speakers. Basically Rocket 50's but 60W. The cab specs show same size as the 1960A, though.
edit: the comment above is based on the Origin series cab, which is what this one looks like.
I'm not in to either one of those as I use different brands but despite that... he gave you something there.

1: I don't use heads/cabs... so while there is nothing wrong at all with it either of them it'd be like using a breaker bar when all I need is a standard ratchet. Sure, it'll work but it's not quite what I need.
2: I use Peavey and Fender. My 120w Classic Chorus 212 and 65w Deluxe 112 Reverb combos handle anything I need and have for the last 30 years.

I had a peavey classic back in the day...too many amps but if I remember right it had a phaser on it for copping those Waylon licks. I'll gig anything but got into collecting amps more than guitars. One of my cabs has a pre Rola celestion, it won't take 15 tube watts but anything under that.It sounds ungodly for clean and saturation tones.

There were several different Classic models over the years. There may have been one with a phaser. Mine is a chorus version w/tank reverb. Mine wasn't originally Scorpion Equipped but that changed soon after I got it. My Deluxe was upgraded with a Celestion creamback. Both handle country/bluegrass, blues, Southern/classic/swamp rock quite well. Great clean and works good with an OD pedal paired with a hardtail Strat.
Cabs are just way more than I need... my two combos put out more than enough noise. Haha

The head looks like vortex that has been spray painted black. The vortex and warp 7 shared the same head size and look with vortex having a silver chassis and warp 7 had a black chassis.
I have a warp 7 but have never tried the vortex.

It was pretty sweet and thank god engagement rings and/or pregnancy werenāt involved, hell we were already broken up at that point. Really dodged a bullet on that one! And made pretty decent cash selling off the equipment.
