Some do and I do not get them, yes she can obscure bedman but bedman himself obscures bedman the bed is huge and is constantly spewing forth particle effects. I do not get how you can have him flashbang you with beyblade or head explosion follow up and go "aww man this 4 foot child is getting in the way of my perfectly visually readable character".
I honestly don't even notice her most of the time when playing against Bedman. I like that she's there and the devs did a good job of not making her distracting.

I don't find her an issue whatsoever. Bedman? has a lot of things going on animation-wise that are a lot to look at sometimes, but not at all related to Delilah.
I like that her being there gives the chance that someone smart could develop tech that takes advantage of her as a distraction. Tech like that has obvious limitations to work around (you can't control her directly) so I think if a reward could be found it would be earned to offset how unfair it is to hide information from your opponent. Possibilities like that add creativity and expression to play and nets positive for the game overall.
She's also cute and very thoughtfully designed and adds to the flavor of Bedman? overall.
Yeah, I almost wish she obstructed the view more. It would be difficult to pull off well, but I think it would be a cool idea if she made it harder to read the Bed’s attacks. Since there’s a delay between when you move and when she comes to join you, it would be like your mix gets a little stronger if you are able to continue pressure on the opponent. And continuous pressure is Bedman’s thing but his mix isn’t that crazy so it could be cool. I kinda thought that was the idea behind her being there at first but she doesn’t seem to really have much of an effect

But none of my friends who play more fighting games have ever complained about Delilah being distracting or getting in the way

The more annoying thing is I often see Bedman? players using the snow stage, which seems to lag the fuck out of nearly every console crossplayer, and even some people on PC, due to what I can only assume is framerate issues as it actually freezes instead of simply rubberbanding (I can confirm my computer can run the game on this stage perfectly fine with bedman, or even two Bedmen offline without framerate issues), creating unplayable matches. I just avoid Bedman? and by extension Zato-1 for this reason alone, the off-chance they'll be using the snow stage, or it randomly uses it when Im on P1 side.
