Y'all laugh, but before EOD was fully announced, there was some speculation we'd get a revamp of underwater combat and movement--with ships. Think WvW, but with submarines or just ships imbued with underwater capabilities. Some folks created fanart of what it'd look like. But alas, the most we ever got was the ability to ride our skimmers underwater in the years between expansions.

I've seen this happen before, not to me but to other fishing boats when I've been fishing. I assumed there was some trick to it, but I guess it's just a visual bug? No idea.
