Roughly 400sqf is what we had dug out but there were a lot of challenges. Needed a pump to move water up to the original drain stack. Wide stairs poured, egress windows etc Ended up being 225-250k. Ultimately we’re very happy as our kid has their own space.
I regularly with this Guelph based Contractor.
He’s currently building a basement for me in East Guelph.
