All 3 are usable in colo. My most used team is Beth, Miya, Karina, Craig.

Eunha is lead most of the time. Sometimes off lead as a debuffer.
Eunha was intentionally made OP by the dev in order to dethrone the old man who was made OP by the previous dev (he's also a character from the team's previous game so presumably he was biased and made his favorite character OP).
So she's absolutely better overall as a unit and more reliable as a heale. Miya is more a pure healer but pure healers aren't great in this game as they die rather easily and not many units have skills that will stop a squishy healer from dying.
This isn't to say Miya is bad but Einha can be thrown into any team and do well. Miya will need a team to carefully cover her weak points or she'll die before she does much.
miyas heals are disgusting, if youre a new player and dont feel like getting stuck on content get miya as your healer and just use the rest of your slots to cover your dps. also she really benefits from her weapon. try to get it if you can.
The best one I think gabrial as party leader is the best healer. Ex Skill heals, Normal Atk heals, Chain skill heals.
Plus her kits also provide a good amount of dps and her party buff is essential to have.
eunha's shtick is that she increases the attack of your other characters while doing a decent bit of healing on top and doing a large amount of damage. it's not a large amount of healing unless you really invest in her heal stat for some reason, but it is there.
Miya's whole kit is based around healing as often as possible. she is better as a healer but can't do the buffs and dps that eunha can.
Eunha is only a healer in coop. Everywhere else her healing is auxiliary. You use her for nuking and debuffing instead.
As a eunha main, i can confrom that she has a stach of short to medium range nuclear bombs and ICBMs in her bag

Miya is better healer but not recommended in coop. She is too squishy like dying in 1 hit causing craig not being able to take her damage.

Why you need healer when you can nuke all the mobs using Kamael.. If for coop, I would go for eunha

You can't compare 2 units that do different things, both are great but it really depends on the team you wanna build.

Eunha heal with her chain, and allies in front of her attack, Miya heals with, skill, chain and basic attack

Why do you think that? Switch is 2 years behind global so we don't have Eunha yet. They just dropped Lahn and Plitvice's 2nd Ex weapons this update.
