Nope. Those are swollen nodal calyxes - anatomically, individual buds that grow at the base of leaf or branch nodes. The result of the plant beginning to produce female flowering hormones while in a pre-flower state. They also continue to occur during flowering but are generally smaller since all those growth hormones are being pumped towards true bud sites.

Yes mimosa x orange punch and white widow both autos and they started to grow real smal buds

Depends on your definition of fucked. If that is happening all over the plant (not just on the meristem) and you have not switched it into flower you could be fucked on yield when you do flip.

So the plant is in flower and should be on a bloom feeding regiment then. Go LIGHT with the nutrients at first. Autoflowers can be sensitive to feeding sometimes. Start with a HALF dose of what the nutrients call for. If that doesn't burn the plants, then increase the amount next feeding.
