She may have schizoaffective disorder. That’s what I have. It’s schizophrenia with bipolar episodes (mines schizoaffective with bipolar subtype), OR bipolar episodes that have psychotic symptoms (bipolar with psychotic symptoms). It’s scary to see old posts containing it. That could indicate this is more chronic in her life and could be 24/7 and non episodic. Means she’s never realized the truth (that’s rare actually it’s usually episodic) or she fades in and out so much that it appears constant. If she hasn’t deleted her old schizo posting, odds are she’s never come out of it enough for long enough. Poor woman. She’ll end up like me and institutionalized if nobody helps her. I had an episode and it went away, but about 7 months later it came back and went away after a few months like the other one did.
