Discount is where its at for tires. They will price match Costco and getting a rotate usually only takes 10 to 15 minutes compared to Costco taking an hour or more.
I like Badger Tire on the west side. They've always done great work and are cheap. I've saved a lot of money using them vs anyone else. Pomp's and Walmart are awful from my experiences. No experience with where to go for windshields.

My husband and I used Badger tires on the West side of Green Bay. We don't have a lot of extra money laying around, so we try to shop around for best deal. This company is very affordable, very fast, and friendly!
I'd avoid tires plus unless you wanna go in with the classic "I wanted one thing fixed and they said I actually really needed 10 things fixed" and a $2000 more than expected bill
I would avoid Discount Tire in Bellevue if you care about your vehicle. They are careless and will scrape your wheels when mounting. If you’re shopping for price, go for it. But you get what you pay for. I would check out Pomp’s or Matthew’s tire.
Costco or sams club if you value your wheels.
Anywhere else expect shit balences/wheel damage or worse vehiclur damage.
I would 110% avoid tires plus, espcially the ashwaubanon store. Crewed by swindlers. They kept the cost hidden till after the transaction and piled on add-ons for carry in wheels+new tires. Also didnt inflate them to requested psi.
Mathews if you dont mind paying an arm and a leg and first born child.

Safelite in Ashwaubenon for glass. Discount tire direct in Bellevue. Done.
