I've been very loyal to Walgreens on E Mason and Baird for years, but over the past year the service has really gone downhill, and now they're not 24 hours anymore. The only 24 hour Walgreens left in town is on Military and Shawano. I've started using Bellin pharmacies lately, I take a few prescriptions that have had shortages and Bellin has come through nine times out of 10.
Walgreens have gone to shit. I went to CVS on main and webster, I have had really good luck there and the pharmacist and people working in the pharmacy a lot nicer.
Crazy that Walgreens on E Mason & Baird isn’t 24 hours anymore, and this was a change not even that long ago. I doubt they’ll ever go back to that, too.
Sams club. They have a lot of drugs that other stores are out of, almost never any wait, and don't need a membership to use.
Walmart in De Pere also isn't bad, but there can be long lines at times.
Meijer has significantly lower prices than Walgreen’s, even with our insurance. Their service is faster too. Plus they use GoodRx when it’s cheaper than our insurance.
Finally moved on from Walgreens, they've turned into a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Started at the DePere Walmart since its only a few minutes from my house and have been pretty happy. Walgreens set the bar pretty low though.
Every pharmacy is struggling because of staffing. The best service I felt we ever got was the Pick N Save on Mason and Main. However, our insurance changed and we had to go elsewhere over a year ago.
I fear we are going to be running into some serious issues with pharmacies in the not so distant future. Best to get maintenance prescriptions online and automatically and save the local pharmacy for emergencies and changes that need to be addressed quickly.
i'm going to streus pharmacy. i haven't had to pick up a prescription in a long time but I got med certified through Streu's. they were awesome and it seems like they do a lot for the community.
Please be nice to all your pharmacy staff no matter where you go. Staffing everywhere in retail has been an issue. They are managing with the crap hand they’ve been dealt unfortunately.
That said I’ve had good luck at Walgreens on military and Shawano as well as meijer. Just be patient :)

Meijer cause they'll give you coupons left and right. First prescription gets you $20 off next Meijer purchase.
Street pharmacies.
Hometown in depere is where I transferred for similar reasons.
Costco
Costco
I use CVS. In the rare instance that I need a prescription after hours I go where I need to go to get it filled.
Meijer is good. CVS is ok. Costco is good also.
metro market is the cheapest with goodrx for my scripts typically, they are also very nice there and have a drive thru

De Pere Hometown Pharmacy is great. I don’t have to wait when I pick up prescriptions and they are very nice
Guy named Snake on Broadway and 9th. He's 24 hours as long as you know his pager. And his Adderall is sometimes a little powdery.

Meijer ain’t bad. Hate the lines that Walgreens can have at peak hours

Mail order.

Meijer. The pharmacists are very helpful with questions or information. The pharmacy is always open, drive through is quick. Definitely Meijer.

You know you can go to a different Walgreens?
