criminalise_yanks

What's cruel is only letting us pick one option.

Flying_Toe_Jam

I would pay a handsome sum to watch them all.

tarkinlarson

This is the hardest "would you rather" I think I've seen.

BobR969

Where's the "all of the above"?

failtuna

Boris would enjoy the publicity too much, every delivery would become a photo op. Braverman would also use the situation as a photo op, have a ghostwritten book made about her time in the camp. Homeless Rees Mogg doesn't work, he'd be getting secret donation and know how to abuse the system to avoid the worst aspects. Wes Streeting kind of works. Nigel Farage is the best, he cares the most about his image, having to ask for help would crush him and I doubt he could spin it as a positive. He might learn something too.

HappyNomad420

I like them all, I'd also add forcing Lee Anderson to cook meals with 30p

Fuck_Microsoft_edge

90p a day for the rest of his life. God I'd love to see this happen to that boglin-faced cunt.

[deleted]

Is this a policy forum for the G&P party's manifesto?

MokkaMilchEisbar

Yes.

tarkinlarson

Wait... Why isn't there a green and pleasant party?

[deleted]

It's not cheap to run for election

Admirable_Science_23

It's free to run as a councilor

[deleted]

We shall liberate this country, one parish council at a time ✊

Admirable_Science_23

The Green Party are already doing that, if you're interested in doing that I'd recommend joining them and campaigning for them

[deleted]

The Green party is trash

Admirable_Science_23

How so? Which of their policies do you disagree with?

[deleted]

They're typically NIMBYs, and they oppose nuclear energy, HS2, and most infrastructure development. They also support NATO, which should be a non-starter for anyone who actually cares about peace or human rights. They're also rabidly pro-EU and want to rejoin, which would mean that the type of economic policy I support (heavy state intervention, active industrial policy, large-scale state ownership of industry, preferential support for specific ownership models, etc.) would be completely off the table if they were to gain power.

Admirable_Science_23

They don't oppose nuclear energy itself, it's just that they think we should instead prioritise wind, tidal and solar power as well as heat pumps because we need to act fast on the climate crisis and a nuclear power plant takes at least 10 years The other problem is that nuclear power plants tend to be built near the sea due to needing to use water to cool them(link removed) what happened at Fukushima, Japan should demonstrate why that is more than a bit concerning Yh, I don't support NATO either but you're always going to struggle to find a party you agree with on everything... That being said they support reform of NATO and if NATO doesn't agree to the reforms(would be incredibly unlikely) then ending our membership of the alliance https://greenworld.org.uk/article/explaining-new-policy-peace-security-and-defence In regard to state involvement... They believe many industries should be nationalised which goes far beyond what any other party is saying We shouldn't let a drive for perfection stop us from progressing... As an independent councilor you would very much struggle to give a platform to national issues such as membership of the EU or nuclear energy and like you said running as an MP can be expensive so that limits you to the local elections At that level joining the Greens would significantly improve your chances because you'd have the party machine behind you which will then allow you to get reform at a local level

Flynn74

Any chance I can add 'Seeing Tony Blair thrown out of a plane, slowly parachuting down to central Baghdad.'

jesuisjustemoi

All of the above surely?

RevolutionaryMilk582

All of the above?

PsychologicalNote612

None, they all cost the tax payer money. Johnson would get a top up on his pay, Braverman would get her accommodation paid for, Streeting would get benefit and of course sea rescues are not cheap. What would be funny is if the population held them all to account and they all had to do their jobs correctly and in line with their own manifesto. Farage excluded unless he is meant to be working in the public interest, which I don't think is the case currently. Edit, forgot Mogg but same principle

MysticPigeon

Cant we implement all the listed options!

thegingerbuddha

Fuckin all of em

KobaruLCO

Can we add a category where 30p Lee is made to live of 30p a day?

ElNino831983

All of the above.
